Brilliant service absolutely no issues superb support and delivery

Yesterday I returned a broken carpet cleaner that I bought from Currys six months ago. “No” they said, the 12 month guarantee doesn’t apply as they were selling that model on behalf of another company, despite the receipt saying “Currys” at the top of the invoice. So, no repair, no exchange and no refund, however they did offer a courtesy gift card which I didn’t want. After refusing this about 6 times I was told to leave the shop as they had a cue building up behind me and I was told there was nothing further they could offer me. I then quoted the consumer act of 2015 at which point the manager was called and I was offered a full refund. All this took over 30 minutes to get to. The refund took a further 10 minutes to do, but it was clear to me she knew how to issue a refund. I kept my cool, was pleasant at all times but the member of staff was irritable, bad tempered and very unhelpful, I had the feeling she was reading from a script, not related to the law etc. The next day I received a survey asking how the interaction went. Well no guesses there. Why should I have to argue from a completely legitimate position when the manger knows full well what the law is but for some reason his staff don't know or have been told not to to cooperate what the law is about regarding electrical returns?

Hi just wanted to leave a review for a member of staff called Areeba. We called in today as my husband had a problem with his new Samsung A17 phone which he bought early August. She was absolutely brilliant in helping him resolve the problem. What fabulous customer service. She is a credit to the company.

Absolutely fraud staff. I purchased 80£ microwave oven through”Creation” But they charged me 160£ in creation. I talked them but they are not accepting

The salesman and his colleague were helpful in picking out a TV for our grandson's bedroom, and the explanation of its features was very thorough. However, the salesman explicitly offered to "throw in the wall mount for free." It was only when I checked the receipt later that I realised he had secretly added the cost of the mount, along with a screen cleaner I never even asked for.

My partner didn't want to wait, otherwise I would have bought it cheaper on Amazon or eBay without these forced "extras." This wasn't just poor service, it was downright deceitful. Don't lie and pad receipts just to make a sale. Your underhanded tactics cost us nearly £50 extra and a customer. I will never buy from your store again.

Beware of duplicitous assistance!

Had a problem with the fact that the tv wouldn’t fit at the required angle. The delivery driver told me he could take it away when I said I didn’t want it and I would get a full refund including delivery, installation and a part that we bought. Went to Curry’s the next day. No problem getting a refund. Later that day got a questionnaire from Curry’s via e mail asking me a series of questions which I replied to. Within 15 minutes got a final confirmation that I would be refunded.

I went to curry’s with my daughter to get a laptop for my daughter for uni but didn’t know which 1 to get but then sales associate farah helped me with all the help I needed she was very kind and sweet so I bought a laptop and an apple watch

The assistant gave me as much information as I needed to choose the right washing machine. Very polite in her attitude. Can’t comment yet on the washer or delivery as it’s not arrived yet
