Dylan was really helpful and carried my purchase across the car park for me, quite a distance! Top lad. Had to return the product for a replacement and the next lad who served me not only got it out of the boot but also carried the new one for me too, sorry I didn't catch his name. Made it a very positive experience, thank you 😊

Shop assistant was offhand & rushed. Could not find all the accessories & gave me 2 incorrect ones.

Overall, excellent service at a face to face level. At the Curry's store in Salisbury my purchase was efficiently and effectively managed. Staff were very friendly and my 'click and collect' order was ready for me within an hour of the order being place. Downside of my transaction was that complete information on the product did not reflect all options as on-line it seemed to change depending how I searched the product. I had enough information on the product from my visits to the store, but the pricing was not always precise on-line. I was just about to order the article when the price suddenly changed (I'm pleased to say, in my favour). This is a concern that it is almost a matter of chance to make an objective decision when purchasing.

ordered online wednsday said will be instore to collect friday, at 12.55 had heard nothing so rang store and was told it was in transit to the store. At 18.30 i rang again and was told DPD did not have my item and chap on phone said dpd do not work weekends so would be monday at the earliest, as i ordered this for my sister inlaw who needs this to heat up her ready meals i cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere at 19.00 and it was ready at 10.00am this morning so she can have a hot meal today.the lady on the phone at lunchtime was very polite she got it all wrong or lied to me.The gent in the evening was also very polite and understanding and could see why i said cancel and do me a refund which he said he has done.I feel this service was not acceptable and in future will be looking elsewhere.

Really straightforward process of ordering and collection

The item was in stock in store for collection, ideal when you just want to go get what you want.
The only issue was that getting a member of staff to serve us was challenging tho and as soon as the deal was done the staff member was gone, back down stairs to chat with other staff members.

The salesperson was very helpful and did not rush me
and was very informative and very helpful from the start of my purchase until he put my purchase in my car

Very helpful and courteous.
Took my old TV for recycling the next day, no problem.
Would recommend them.

After checking stock was instore and to collect next day for Laptop for my sons college as his had broken i paid and went in next day (24 hours after ordering) after fighting heavy traffic I was told very very rudely told even though all items in store on shelf it hadn't arrived as it would need to be only given if tick sheet arrived. I have email proof or order but I have to wait for email of confirmation its in store? I was told I could buy all items could be brought now but be too difficult to cancel order online? Has the world gone totally mad? Came back 4.30pm next day as still no email collection and then could collect it. Lady assistant very polite but silly young lad with 0 customer service skills was heard saying " what does she want now she wouldn't listen yesterday " another customer came out and told me was slagging me off after I left! Wish I'd shopped elsewhere

I had a brilliant service from the stores person Nikil. He explained everything in detail, was very calm and patient and helpful throughout the time whilst the purchase went through. Excellent service delivered.

I need a new hoover. Had done some research at Currys. Was looking at a VAX cordless. The young man who served me suggested a Dyson which was lighter but more expensive. As I am 81 I took his advice and went for the Dyson.

Kyle was especially helpful in advising on the choice of iPad, in taking the order and in fixing an appointment to have it set up.
iPad was delivered very promptly.
Setting up was another matter. I had to go to both my usual adviser to get it working.

Would have ordered in-store but needed to measure the oven space first, so ordered online which was ok ( I prefer to speak to someone) I did speak to a lovely young girl who helped me decide which oven to choose in store! Wrote down the measurements for ease so that I didn't have to hunt for them when I got home!
Delivery guys were nice and prompt and were happy to leave it exactly where I asked as i wasn't ready to install yet! Cheerful guys, which is lovely!
