Everything is good but the stock and delivery dates are long.

Phone call to let us know 10 minutes before delivery. Helpful delivery men that placed the package exactly where they were asked and great advice given.

Needed a replacement laptop urgently. Great advice and all sorted in 14 mins (plus a discount and freebies).

We ordered a bosch dishwasher from Currys Stevenage. When we were at the till, the salesman produced some dishwasher tablets and made a big deal about gifting them to us. We thought it was a bit of a joke and if we could have found a bin on the way out, we would have dumped them. Later we found that £15 had been added to the bill, then deducted as some form of discount!
The first dishwasher was damaged in transit and went back. We had stayed in all day and it was a waste of our time. On the next attempt, a week or so later, the delivery driver pointed out that the machine was again damaged and explained what had gone on. The machine was damaged at the time of loading but was still allowed to go out. He pointed to the notes on the packaging that showed that particular machine had already been out and back twice! I cannot begin to understand why Currys think its ok to treat their customers with so little consideration. Who is running their operation, the incompetent idiot in the warehouse?? This time we cancelled by spending an age talking to their call centre in India. They told us that the only way to get our money back was to go to the store. So back we went, confident that the farce could not get worse. Wrong! Unbelievably they had a problem with issuing a refund because we had not returned our "free" dishwasher tablets. It took a lively conversation with the manager before we were refunded the full amount we paid. We will never deal with you again Currys. Unbelievable incompetence from warehouse to customer services.

Stevenage store. Quick, knowledgeable service when purchasing. Explained warranty etc. Delivery service exceptional! Had a bad experience recently with a previous delivery company who did less than the bare minimum and refused to deliver appliance. Robert and Brandon took their time to work out the logistics (it was tight!) and managed to deliver the appliance with no issues! They were polite, friendly and super helpful too. A real credit to the company!

All good, emailed when ready and collection was simple.

On line purchase and online help received was fantastic curry's agent knew his stuff and helped with transaction superbly 5*. Pick up however was poor. Arrived at store Stevenage, deliberately went midmorning week day to avoid busy weekend days when they are understaffed on customer service.
Had to wait 15-20 min for a pickup when it appeared that 4 or 5 agents on different desks were free and there were 3 agents dealing with 1 customers issue that apparently had an issue. Think better customer service and client throughflow would have been sensible. By the time the agent dealt with my pick up I was frustrated, but fortunately this process was smooth. I feel Curry's need more customer service staff and maybe dual train sales and customer services as there were plenty of free sales staff as well.

After waiting about 20minutes someone came to assist us with choosing a new cordless vacuum cleaner. He constantly had to look up on his phone so he could answer our questions. He was polite and we finally chose one.
The guy who helped guide us to buy a new iron was incredibly helpful, clearly explains the various functions. He is a massive asset to Curry's.
Delivery time slot was spot on and the guy was very polite and helpful

Initial purchase in store excellent. Dishwasher delivered and installed as per Curry’s email, engineers arrived when advised and calibration done but once they left dishwasher does not clean, drain or dry. Nightmare trying to get through to right department and operator did not manage to help despite video call. Phoned again and good phone call received by Glory who arranged for engineer to return to check fault. Engineer arrived 22/8/2026 (John) who could not fix problem and machine was faulty and would arrange for replacement. As of today no news and phone contact abysmal. We paid a lot of money for this and are not satisfied with service. Please help

Where's the stock gone?

Came in to buy a TV same day, hardly anything in stock, empty shelves everywhere. Was told to order online for pick up in 2-3 days.

The TV sales assistant was just reading random specs off a tablet, weight of the unit etc. Very random.

Excellent sales guy at the till very helpful and totally new what he was doing.

Sales rep was very helpful and took time to explain various options. Took order and arranged delivery quickly

Delivered on time and in very good condition.
