Goods arrived in store for pick-up one day early.

Needed a new washer dryer. Visited the Sunderland store and found what we needed. The sales guy was knowledgeable about the machine. Ordered and paid for in no time. Delivery and installation was completed by 7.45am the following morning. No complaints here.

Customer service is absolutely abysmal. Silverlink gave us the wrong coloured headphones so went to return to Sunderland store. Spikey haired man from Sunderland store told us they couldn’t do it because then their stock would be incorrect and told us to go to Silverlink store. We did this, spent tunnel money for Silverlink store to tell us that Sunderland have told a bunch of lies and messed us about and they Sunderland could have easily swapped the headphones.

Absolutely disgraceful service from Currys. Ordered a brand-new fridge freezer on 14th August. The first arrived damaged on 18th August. The second replacement arrived damaged on 26th August. How do you manage to deliver TWO brand-new appliances damaged?

Trying to get help was just as bad. I was repeatedly hung up on or passed to Hisense, despite the fridge being damaged on delivery. I then had to make unnecessary trips to the store, go home to record a video, and return again — all because nobody seemed capable of properly dealing with a damaged-on-arrival item.

I’m a carer for my disabled partner, a mum to twin toddlers and I don’t drive, yet my family and parents were repeatedly inconvenienced because of Currys’ mistakes. We also lost fresh and frozen food while waiting for a working fridge freezer.

This was my first ever brand-new fridge freezer, and what should have been exciting turned into a complete nightmare. Two damaged deliveries, appalling customer service, wasted time, wasted petrol, spoiled food and two weeks of unnecessary stress.

I finally received an undamaged replacement, but that does not excuse the shocking experience. Currys seriously needs to take responsibility for damaged goods instead of making the customer run around and fight to get a basic issue resolved. Absolutely disgraceful from start to finish.

“Left with that opinion”?? Really? This wasn’t an opinion I formed for no reason, it was multiple failures of Curry’s behalf that I was punished for multiple times!

Delivered ontime and brought through house to the kitchen all good 👍

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid buying anything from these and do not take out there care & repair. Been paying care & repair for my washing machine for 11 years total of £475 yet won't send anyone out to fix my washing machine. I have been on the phone for hours no one will help. Been up to the store two time today will be the third time no one helps but quick to take your money! Disgusting customers service. AVOID AVOID AVOID my best advise!!!

I saw a good deal via tv advertising. Placed on line order and collected next day. I was kept up to date on tracking

The service in the shop was excellent and the staff that delivered the goods were pleasant polite and very helpful. The only issue I had was I was expecting a message the evening before delivery to confirm what time they would be arriving unfortunately this didn’t arrive until after they arrived with the delivery however they did ring about 15 minutes before they actually arrived to say they were on their way. Apart from that everything else was great.

Friendly delivery lads were most helpful - disconnected old, broken washing machine and deftly installed new, v. quiet Bosch washing machine into awkward (to connect) cupboard; v. cheerful, professional - credit to the firm!

Great service from a great guy. The sales assistant was professional, friendly and helpful. Explained everything really clearly and was an absolute joy to deal with. Made everything really easy for myself and elderly mother who was looking for a replacement cooker.

Scott on the customer service desk at Sunderland store was amazingly helpful and friendly tbh.
No bother at all, towards an old timer like me .

I ran out of printer ink, called Curry's and the gentleman who took the call, was very helpful. He found that there was a set of ink for my printer in the warehouse and suggested I buy it and come into town and pick the ink up. It took me about 35-40 min. and as had paid for it online I was back home in 15 min. Great service.

Bought a fridge / freezer combo for our upcoming kitchen refit and were, with the help of the friendly staff, able to offset delivery until we need it.
Staff were well informed, helpful and friendly.

I had to return to the store for help transferring data from an old phone to a new one. Rory in the Sunderland store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and spent time solving the issues whilst informing me what may have caused them. He's a credit to the store and I can't thank him enough for his time and patience!

The staff in store were brilliant and the girl who served me knew her products . That helps when you looking for the best products

Installers damaged the washing machine and I'm having a nightmare getting a replacement
