Never enough staff here! Very disorganised on collection. Queued for collections, then got asked to wait in the returns, refunds and repairs queue??? Then I went to get help from another department as they were so slow!!!

My son purchased a £3999 gaming computer in March of this year, since then it has been back to “Curry’s specialists” for repair 3 times. Yesterday it actually caught fire! With three people, one being a child at the home. Curry’s initially refused to accept it back when taken to store, Morfa, Swansea. I then took it back on behalf of my son. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. However the person, Mas, who assisted me was lovely. Still no confirmation of return. I wish I could share the video I have of it catching fire which was shared with the staff on both visits to the store! Including the time they told my son he couldn’t return the positively life threatening item ! I am frankly shocked by this, buyers from Curry’s be very aware!

The assistant at the store was very helpful when I made the purchase and I received text messages and tracking information for the delivery. However, a part of the total cost wasn't explained to me.

Great product and helpful staff

Everything was so easy and quick.the lady explained the whole thing from completing the paperwork and taking the deposit to explaining all about the delivery the following day.

We were served by Norma. She was knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful. She gave us an excellent deal and arranged prompt delivery, which was also an excellent service. An asset to Currys! Many thanks!

Some people make the experience amazing.
I attended store twice on the same day.
My first experience was not good. I was interested in a multi Cooker, but needed to search for information on the product.
I asked a colleague on the shop floor for help.
Whilst she appeared to be friendly she gave little help … stating random information and then… go on YouTube??? Did she not have the knowledge to help maybe?
I returned that afternoon, after finding a friend who could use you-tube, and a young lady called Beth did an excellent job of helping me.
She had interest, friendly attitude, knowledge of the product thus giving a good service experience.
When I confirmed the product I wished to purchase she obtained two trolleys, (one to help me and another for a just in case customer).
Finally, completing the transaction she directed me to the sales staff on the ground floor who would de-tag the product. With a wry smile, she said ‘unless you want the excitement of the alarms sounding’. Thanks! Brilliant!

Website made it easy to find what I wanted and delivery was as promised

Excerlant delivery came very quickly, and they gave me 1 hour slot so u would be home. Allways shop with curry’s .

I am in the process of moving into a new home and went to Curry’s to purchase a fridge and washer/Dryer. Dimpho assisted me and I was very impressed with her expertise relating to each product, vast knowledge of comparisons and helpful nature, she was patient and went above and beyond. An asset to the store!

I often buy from curry’s so I am unsure what product this is about! However all my purchases have been excellent from start to finish. No issues

The salesperson took me through options on 75 inch TVs. He was knowledgeable and sold me a tv, sound bar and bracket. Didn’t take too long- was great!

The member of staff who we dealt with, was very knowledgeable, and passed on some excellent advice on the two different products that we purchased.
