Poor customer service in store. Guv who served me was uninterested and seemed distracted. I purchased an IPad which was over £500 and I felt like I had bought a bottle of milk, no eye contact no chat asked a few questions got short answers. Had to order the IPad I wanted, was told it will be available for pick up two days later. Did not receive an email to confirm pick or that my order was delayed. Called customer service who had me on hold for nearly 15 min to be told my order is delayed but can’t tell me when it will be delivered!
Then had an email to say my order has gone missing and a new order has been placed and to sit tight and wait for another email.

The assistant was very patient , friendly and gave excellent advice .her name was Sonia. Very helpful and had excellent knowledge on the product

Jay from the wolverhampton branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came too your products I believe if a customer leaves the shop with a smile you know you have done right well done jay

I have to say that the collection experience from Currys at Wolverhampton was very good. Ararn in the collection desk was lovely but sadly apologies to the two guys who were helping me with the fridge into my car I didn't catch your names. They were equally lovely and really personable, if I do a click and collect again it will be from Wolverhampton Currys. Keep it up guys... customer service genuinely means everything 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Twise I am asking for someone who can help me with my shopping and I have been losing 30 minutes of my breakfast time for the quick deal. Wasting clients time is the same like disrespect him. Time is money and if someone doesn't understand that should change the job where is not direct contact with the client.

Staff need to realise customers do not work there and so do not know procedures when collecting. Would have been nice to have comunication, Felt like staff member did not want to be there!!

Went in for hoover brought shark shown how to use it done paper work interest free for 6 months sorted

The member of staff was very helpful and friendly. He didn't push a more expensive item but offered a cheaper alternative and then gave us the choice. He was possessions and courteous throughout. Delivery and installation was arranged for the very next day.

Hi me and husband went into Wolverhampton curry’s and purchased a Samsung American fridge freezer and was served by friendly staff Amo and Manager Tahir and looked after us very well and will definitely be going again and delivery driver and mate were really good too

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE !!!!!!! In the space of one week, I have had two Samsung TVs delivered to my door two days apart both completely smashed for the delivery driver to block my phone number. I have tried to escalate this and got no where. Two days off work, two trips to currys, to then having another TV and having issues with lagging. AVOID and do not spend ur hard earned money with currys. Still have got NO response and waiting for support

I purchased a washing machine via live chat to curry’s.
I’m not very pc literate so the young man who was dealing with me needed patience, and he certainly had that.i ordered the shock absorbers for the base too. But little did I know that they would be delivered by Royal Mail which came the day after my washer was installed, so I’m waiting on a refund.
My washer was next day delivery, with free disposal of my old one.So the only extra was for delivery and installation which was £30. Two young guys came on time and did a perfect job. They did say however that the shock absorbers were not worth buying as when you pull out your washer they move out of place too, more trouble than worth. I purchase all my electricals from curry’s , tried and trusted company
