The business is unreliable
The business is unreliable. They couldn't provide any reliable tracking for delivery. I waited until after the delivery window passed, requested an update, they said they'd look into it, and days later they've still had no word from the couriers. It's well passed the delivery window and I've no idea if I'll get my parcel or a refund.

I have looked into this for you and can see that the delay is with the courier, we have provided you tracking throughout however it is the courier who hasn't updated this.
We contacted the courier for you and they let us know that the parcel was lost and we have now refunded you for the entire order.
