He came directly to our location and suggested a simple but brilliant fix for our server fan by adding tape — a solution that finally resolved an issue we had been dealing with for months. Patrick delivered sooner than expected an amazing high-end computer to me. In the development I’m doing I ran more than 30 machine learning algorithms, including several neural networks, transformers, etc., in an ensemble plus a LLM with 70 billion hyperparameters that between them load 160 tensors using both GPUs that used to take about 20 minutes to run in my old PC tower. In this new computer took only 1 minute and 10 seconds! Amazing!

I was skeptical buying from this site at first, but after talking with the owner about some of my favorite video games, I figured they could be trusted so I took the plunge and bought one of their dual 3090s custom workstation PC. Part of me was thinking, I would get scammed but the other part of me said, whatever. So I bought it and then after a smooth week or less, the PC was here at my house and I've had no issues with it.

Also there was some random guy on Reddit that said not to trust them for some reason, but I'm pretty sure at least one person has said this about every company out there. I will now, as a man of my word, recommend this company to all my friends who are in need of a professionally made custom PC.

From the start he was responsive and courteous. When a problem arose he answered offering suggestions and talked it out with me. The first problem it turns out had to do with an old driver that got installed by one of my apps. Then a hardware issue developed. He came, got the PC, replaced parts and delivered it again. I needed a high-quality computer at my given budget for my computational physics research as a PhD student and Pat went above and beyond to ensure that I would be happy with my machine. He started by listing all the combinations of component options suitable for my needs and then had the PC built within a few days. As I was in the New Jersey area, he even personally delivered it to my place and helped to set it up. Pat is always responsive and eager to help - for example, when I later couldn't figure out how to change my fans' lighting settings, he went out of his way to come to my place and have a look.
