Big love for UK Custom Plugs, I have been buying from them for years, and I have never been disappointed.
Recently I spent enough to get a free gift, but mucked up and didn't claim it. I asked them if they could help, and they bent over backwards to sort it for me, managing to get it into my order before it left.
They have a great range across all sizes and materials, and the rest of their jewelry and aftercare products are amazing too.

I love ordering from custom plugs! I have a jewelry box full of plugs I buy from them and I love them! I never have any issues, this last order I had one plug, the bat broke off when I received it so I messaged and told them what happened and once again they were so helpful! They sent me another plug. I really like the quality of the body Jewellery that I have picked up at Custom plugs. I use big gauge jewellery which can be hard to find with a lot of suppliers so I was really glad to find something that isn’t the standard single flared surgical steel eyelet.
When I’ve got in touch with product queries and other enquiries they have been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I have been ordering from Custom Plugs since I started my stretching journey and I don't think that I'll ever find another store that offers better quality and better designs. I haven't even looked for another store because I know that this is the place where I can find the coolest tunnels/plugs for myself. Plugs are beautiful and long lasting, don't cause any medical issues.

What do I adore the most? Just THEM! the service is exceptional, and I don't mean good, I mean EXCEPTIONAL!!! I've ordered from them for years, and probably have spent a fair bit - today, they gave me my order with a £45 gift card just for being loyal.

Ordered for the first time last week on several recommendations and I am not disappointed. Products are great quality and shipping fast and tracked. I made a mistake and did not enter my 10% first order discount code. A quick email and they are refunding the 10% to my card. Bearing in mind this was my mistake they have still sorted. I received a faulty pair of plugs (two different sizes) the customer service i received was amazing. They got me a new set, sent me photos of them being measured before sending for peace of mind! Awesome jewellery, delivery fast very happy customer definitely be using them again

The quality of these ear plugs is very poor considering the price. I soaked one of them in alcohol to disinfect it, and the paint started to come off. I contacted customer service, but they blamed me for using alcohol instead of saline solution to disinfect them.
