Purchased a new Benchmade Gold Class knife on line from Cutting Edge Cutlery Co, the knife arrived with plating flaws.
Significant note, Benchmade Gold Class knives are a premium product with a premium price promising premium performance through premium fit, finish and materials.
Cutting Edge Cutlery Co company have, so far, avoided dealing with the return authorization to complete a refund.
Furthermore and most disturbing, Cutting Edge Cutlery Co will not provide a contact person name, nor offer a means of contact other than send an eMail, which they have avoided responding to!
Cutting Edge Cutlery Co in Calgary, Regina, Saskatoon and Winnipeg, IN MY EXPERIENCE ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON THEIR ONLINE OFFERING.
I do not have experience with this company in their physical stores but can state their online promise is not to be trusted.
I am still waiting for a return authorization to begin the refund process.
