Great like allways

I recently spent nearly 117 euro on this service. I was not happy with the limited amount of templates they had and also I didn’t feel comfortable collaborating with the person writing my CV. My order number was #1252989. I called their number 3 times and left messages asking to cancel my order and requested a refund. they called me back once despite their phone number stating they would get back to me within 24 hours. Next they told the person who was writing my CV what I had told customer service. I then tried to log a complaint to which they ignored and just set me up with a new CV writer to start a new order #1260712 ( which I did not ask for) I then tried to log another complaint to which the CHIEF SALES ADVISOR replied “Hi Hannah, a partial refund is not possible. Your complaint was logged and this is why I created the new order.
If you do not wish to continue in any capacity then this is the end of the road and we wish you all the best otherwise we're here to help.”

I informed them that they were violating CPC guidelines and have not heard anything back. They took 117 euro of my money without fulfilling the order and they wouldn’t even entertain my complaint. This is beyond the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. Don’t waste your money with this company. It’s terrible.

I got my CV done from The CV Centre UK, and they did an awesome job. This is the second time i used them for my cv writing services which incldes CV, Cover Letter, and Liknedin Profile update.
They made it look really good and professional. It was easy to work with them, and they listened to what I wanted. I definitely recommend them!

The response and the quality of output I have received on the two times I have used this service have been phenomenal.

The call with James and the support from Jennifer have been superb.

My challenge was to james was that i wasn't getting past the first selection with my old CV. The first time i used the new CV and the most recent time I used the 2024 CV I have passed ther first selection phases.

I paid for the premium application form and 24hr express upgrade but have got no response whatsoever from the sales team and management about completion date despite multiple attempts to contact them. Really unprofessional of them and would not recommend their services. I want my money back.

Great service with invaluable advise.

I received some valuable advise regarding my CV that totally made sense and it was straight forward advise which I could implement myself.

After implementing the advise given by Aelita I now feel more confident with my CV.

James and Jennifer were both attentive, quick, professional, and I am very happy with both the service and the product that they delivered.

There are times in life where you just have to get a professional in. I've used the CV Centre more than once. I'm always blown away with the standard of their work. I could never achieve results like theirs myself and consider it not worth the risk with something so important.

I was assigned to Claire and from the very start she was not only knowledgeable but also great at listening to what i was trying to achieve. The work was done at speed (as quickly as these things can be owing to the important nature) and with great communication throughout. What Claire has produced I am more than happy with and I would not hesitate to use her and the services of CV centre going forward.
