Dear members
My name is Sifan, and I am writing to formally lodge a complaint concerning Mr. Nitin Patel from Shani Properties in Pune, India. We engaged his services to assist with financing for our resort project in the Maldives and had a Zoom meeting to discuss potential collaboration.
After our meeting, we reviewed his IMCI+ Alliance profile, which clearly indicates that he is an Authorized Consultant of the Vitala Group. This information gave us confidence to proceed; however, throughout our discussions, Mr. Patel did not promote the Vitala Group. When we specifically inquired about the validity of the Vitala Group and Dr. Wolf Vierich as potential funding sources, Mr. Patel made a statement that significantly impacted our trust: "No, it's a fraud."
Additionally, over the past two years, Mr. Patel has frequently promoted various funding sources requiring clients to make upfront payments to either his company or himself for loan security. He explicitly stated that without upfront fees, we would not secure funding, and he requested thousands of USD from us under various pretexts, such as securing the loan, purchasing bonds, or paying documentation and processing fees, which we firmly refused.
In light of Mr. Patel's misleading claims about the Vitala Group, we decided to contact them directly to verify his authorization as a consultant. We have been officially informed by the Vitala Group that Mr. Nitin Patel is **not** an Authorized Consultant, and his assertions are false and could potentially harm their reputation.
I am bringing this matter to your attention to seek appropriate action regarding Mr. Patel's conduct, as his false representations have caused damage to both us and the integrity of the Vitala Group.

Disgusting service
Just called them and spoke to a lady and asked if they provide quotes for residential. She said yes, then I explained what I need a WC added to an existing building she said no we don't "that", then I asked so what do you do then, and she hung up. I called back straight away and NO ANSWER. Little does she know I recorded both calls, absolutely disgusting service! Never underestimate who the caller is or how big their network is to now tell everyone to avoid. With today's technology, absolutely no need for hanging up!

I contacted Cylex to ask them to remove my address where it was incorrectly linked to a company listed on their website. They were really quick to respond to my request and they emailed me to let me know my request had been dealt with. I was really impressed with how they dealt with my request. Thank you Cylex.

Cylex allow fake reviews and favour the business
I left a review for a service I received on this site. The review was negative, as I was scammed. Cylex contacted me to review the validity, asking me for evidence that I had received such service (the owner obviously objected to the review). I provided them with lots of evidence, even CCTV footage of said owner visiting my property.
Guess what? The review was taken down after some time. This particular company to which I left a negative review, has bad reviews across the board but with Cylex, they have a great reputation.
Don't trust any review left on their site, its not fit for purpose.

They sent a cheaper and totally different option of what you order
They have the unpleasant habit of sending different and cheaper bottle from what you paid for, blaming Amazon. Dilemma: scammers or they do not have any idea of what they sell. Bad in both cases.

SECOND UPDATE:
Cylex have tracked down my email replies to them providing proof of my service experience with the builder concerned and reinstated my review warning others about the builder. Seems emails from my email domain had been quarantined for some reason and they had never realized I had replied. Rating updated to reflect the resolution of the issue. Thanks Cylex team.
UPDATE: Cylex guys messaged me immediately after this review asking for proof of my experience, which I have provided right away only to be met with silence and inaction again.
Do not trust any reviews they publish ! They are obviously a paid service for businesses and will remove any negative reviews you leave a business. I had posted a review warning others about a rogue builder listed on their website and he was able to easily get it removed. Cylex guys made a show of emailing me asking for proof that I was indeed a customer of the builder for the review to be reinstated, which I promptly provided, only to be ignored completely afterwards. My review has not yet been reinstated. Do not trust this website if you are an end customer ! All the positive reviews here on trustpilot are from businesses using their services.
