As A top rated Ebay seller myself, I was annoyed to find out that Daddie's used UPS Surepost for MY order instead of even plain USPS Ground Advantage. The shipping time Is over 2 weeks to Hawaii and counting because the item hasn't arrived yet, even though, it was purchased a week BEFORE Black Friday.
(Usps Ground Advantage shipments through EBAY usually only take 3 to 10 days to or from Hawaii.)
On top of that, UPS picked up the order from Daddie's in Oregon BUT dumped it off to USPS outside of San Francisco
So after 3 days in UPS hands the order was log jammed at that port needlessly for another week instead of USPS just shipping out of Oregon themselves.
Also, the communication with Daddie's regarding this order's shipping times, was poor to non existant UNTIL my correspondance showed that I was seriously upset! Then they answered quickly!
Daddie's also wants to collect $9 bucks for a preprinted return shipping label for the order.
So they kinda suck.
Ordered my watch on Saturday night (I live in NY) - the watch arrived on Wednesday (from California). Great prices, fast free shipping. What else does customer wish for? Thank you Daddies!
I would give them zero stars if I could ordered 90$ dollar shoes instead got some bolts and screws...
It is so hard to actually find a good stock and variety from what most companies have online, especially during the pandemic but I was very impressed with the Daddies online store and help, would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good buy.
I ordered a set of Powell Peralta Snakes through Amazon. They sent me a set of blank wheels. When I called daddies they said they wouldn’t help and to call Amazon. I had to contact my bank to reverse payment. Huge headache, shame on you!
