Excellent customer service from start…

Excellent customer service from start to finish.the registration process was smooth, fast and clearly explained.the staff that attended to me was patient and very helpful with all my questions.highly recommended

The best insurance company I've de alt with giving me immediate cover at an excellent price point.

I've dealt with insurance companies for 40+ years. Being mid 60's, I took out a £30.00 per month life policy with the main over 50's insurance providers they gave me £5600 cover with a 12 month wait for cover. I cancelled that policy and took out onebwith Dad insurance, giving me immediate cover, and for £20.00 extra totalling £50.00 monthly Dad gave me £26,000 of cover, and unlike any other insurance company that I know, gave me immediate cover!

The agent I spoke to was great to the…

The agent I spoke to was great to the point I decided to proceed with the policy. They asked if they could speak to my spouse at a later date. At no time whatsoever was I told this was to attempt to sell them other products. I did make it clear that they had death in service and we had other cover via our mortgage. However 9 other people persistently attempted to call and flog a policy. A bit disappointing as these sales people seem to forget that just like them people are in work and haven't got the time during work hours to receive nuisance sales calls.
