I have just been accepted to work as an interpreter with DALS. I have yet to carry out my first assignment, but the onboarding process was smooth and easy. Thank you so much to Andreea for all her help with the process.

I had the pleasure of going through the recruitment process at DALS with Alexandra, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was extremely professional, responsive, and flexible throughout the entire process.

They changed their name, but they didn’t change their poor treatment of interpreters. This is a skilled, demanding, and time consuming job, yet DALS still pays professional interpreters less than minimum wage. How is that fair? Qualified adults, doing complex and important work, are being paid less than a college student stacking shelves.
Freelance interpreters need to unionise and organise.

The hiring process was a pleasant experience thanks to my recruiter Jenny. She was very professional, friendly, and patient.

After 14 years of working with them , I am undepayed 12 per hour . Despite experience, 4 language use and a degree, and certificates.
Leaving them as I have been refused to be payed 12. 21 what I deserve at leat per hour.

I started to collaborate with Dals in December 2024. The person who accompanied my process was Gabriela Enache. From the start everything went smoothly, Gabriela is a very attentive and careful professional, she always answers our questions and is always available to help.

DALS pay interpreters minimum wage in UK to telephone translations. EXAMPLE: DALS pay £0.21per minute and DALS charge to clients £0.75. I HAVE EVIDENCES...SO, I am wondering if this is legal and if this is fair. They should loose the contract they have with GOv.uk and other local authorities. Empire group services, Premium Linguistic services , Bigword.uk ARE fair companies. They pay interpreters regarding skills
