Product quality was excellent

A great website with accurate imagery, descriptions and dimensions, the product as delivered exceeded our expectations. Beautifully made and robust, worth every penny. The packaging was superb and the two young men from your contract delivery company kept us fully informed of the ETA and were very polite. We will look to use Danetti for future purchases.

This was my first experience with Danetti. Their unique designs and products stand apart from other furniture brands- there is creativity involved at all levels, unlike other British furniture makers. The website too is aesthetically designed. Placing an order was seamless and smooth.

What impressed me most about Danetti are three aspects: the quality of their products, availability of the products for immediate delivery (unlike other brands who’d take months), and the unmatched packaging in which furniture were delivered- it showed the utmost care they’d invested in delivering their valuable goods to the customer.

I would definitely recommend if you are looking for quality furniture and experience with value for the money you spend.

Ordered bed on 15/1 with website stating 3 to 5 weeks lead time, once I’d paid your confirmation email said 7 to 9 weeks. I phoned you and you said on the phone don’t worry just call once it’s arrived and we will financially reimburse you for the delay.

You then extended the lead time again via email on the 19/2, I called again and you mentioned just call once arrived, we understand and we will partial refund as I mentioned cancelling the order.

The third delay was on the 6/3 via email.

I make it over 9 weeks and you said it would be 3 to 5 weeks, after you promised a partial refund to not cancel the order.

It took 4 phone calls and 5 emails for the refund after them being adamant they had fulfilled delivery requirements and then trying to fob me off by directing me to the trading standards until I pulled all my evidence together, they finally paid out.

YOU MUST DO BETTER DANETTI

I ordered a sampler of the material for some kitchen stools that I was thinking of ordering but it did not arrive so I am unlikely to be ordering the stools!

Bar stools damaged.
Waited several months for these stools to come in. Paid nearly £800 up front
When they finally arrived they were dented in the back of the stools where they had been manufactured poorly or damaged by a large block of styrene inside the box.
Phoned Customer service and straight away arranged to pick these stools up. So good service overall, just a shame the stools were not up to standard.
Just waiting for our refund now.

Would use this company again though.

Great quality delivery service excellent

As this was my first purchase from Danetti, I had high expectations given the brand's reputation and the price point of the furniture. However, upon unboxing and assembling the table, we discovered several unacceptable issues:

Surface Damage: There was a visible mark on the black paint finish immediately upon opening the box.

Signs of Previous Use: the legs appeared to have been screwed in previously and although these marks are hidden once assembled, it suggests the item may not be brand new. Also the feet of the chairs look like they’ve been scraped against the floor(used?) I can live with this because you can’t see the feet of the chair, but it’s not the point when you buy something that’s supposed to be brand-new! (Danetti offered £100 refund)

Mechanical Failure: The most significant issue occurred when we tested the extending option. The wire mechanism required to extend the table has snapped, the feet on the extended slap are missing so it’s not level and the runner doesn’t roll rendering the primary feature of the table useless.

After waiting nearly three months for this delivery, receiving a damaged and seemingly refurbished item is deeply disappointing. Danetti have told me to continue using the table and they will send a replacement in 14 weeks which will take me to 6 months to fully use my product, and that’s if I replacement is in a brand-new condition and working!

Love my new dining chairs. Excellent quality, easy to put together and delivered on time. Staff also super helpful and responsive. Would happily buy from Danetti again!
