Extremely happy: I ordered some high waisted trousers and they were shipped incredibly promptly (expedited shipping, arrived within 48h). They were exactly what I was looking for -there is simply nothing better in this style at this bracket. I am incredibly impressed with the quality and thought these very reasonably priced, couldn't be happier. In the information it was very clear about sizing (round down for half-sizes on waist and subtract 4in for belly measurements) and happy to say these both fit perfectly and are very comfortable.

Just as I thought, the quality of the fabric looks refined with a really fast delivery to Belgium. Really loving my purchase, thanks a lot!

Shipping was quick, Fabric feels great. Recommended Meassurement is almost Spot on, but it isnt a bespoked Suit anyway.
Only complaint so far is, that one Button in the waistcoat came loose, after 3 Days of wearing.
Sadly the import Tax Here in Germany is to high, to justify buying Here again

I ordered a hat but measured ny head wrong so it was too small .They gladly let me exchange it for one the right size and the delivery was swift on both occasions .
Their customer service is excellent and the hat is very fine and sturdy too.

Superb high-waist trousers….nobody does better. I have nine pairs, and there is every likelihood of their ‘seeing me out’. But then their excellent high waist design is timeless, and the standard of workmanship unmatched by cheaper high street merchants. HOWEVER…why are so many new pairs of your excellent black formal barathea trousers appearing on eBay? I can assure you that they are absolutely new - in original packaging, even with spare button in plastic pouch. Having recently telephoned the shop I was advised rather tersely ‘nothing to do with us’. How can that possibly be! Darcy must clearly know how quite so much of their stock has ended up on the ‘black market’…perhaps maybe nothing more than a theatrical rep company cancelling a production after purchasing a good number of the required costumes…and by the numbers involved the cast must have been almost all male, and quite slim. It’s important to be Earnest, ahem.

Ordered some of the pleated wool trousers and I'm absolutely in love with them. Excellent quality at a price I think is quite reasonable. It's been such a pain to find trousers in this style that aren't prohibitively expensive or made of synthetic fabrics; super keen that these are 100% wool. I paid for the expedited shipping and got my order within 48 hours (for context I'm based in Scotland so not a far distance to travel). I was originally worried about how the fit was going to be but I just got the same size as one of my other high waisted trousers and they were bang on the same. Will definitely order from here again!

Really pleased have found this company, good range of clothing in multiple sizes, puchasd couple of pairs of trousers and a shirt so far, first order for trousers came up to large for me, exchanged day after returned to exchange size, that's what I call customer service recommended company

They’re lucky to get 1-star! I’ve been waiting for 2 months. They keep telling me it’s been delivered to the courier. This is a scam and waste of money!

Can’t even get status. Goes to a 404 page now. It’s a scam.

Scam website. All order tracking leads to a 404. They stretch it out for a month to make it harder to cancel payment.

I bought some cotton/linen blend fishtail trousers, a cravat and a washable collar. So far the trousers are just awesome! Really comfortable, love the braces and should be really good this Summer. I wish the cravat was longer, as it's hard to tie over the shirt without a high waistcoat. Otherwise I'm super pleased and I'm keen to buy more when Winter comes next year. I really appreciate the workmanship they put into their clothes.

I've just placed my third order, and this company has secured it's place as one of my favourite places to shop. The pieces are good quality, definitely worth the price. While they may be expensive compared to fast fashion outlets, it's because they make high quality pieces and don't cut corners in the manufacturing. I enjoy wearing all my clothes from them, and have found them quite comfortable. In fact, wearing their underwear and linen shirt kept me cooler on a hot day than a tank top! I've received many compliments on my clothing, and it has served me well for all purposes, from hanging out with friends to Halloween to a band concert. Their shipping is also very fast, getting to me within two weeks when I live in Canada and pay standard shipping, which is faster than a lot of other places. Just watch out for the import fees they tell you about on their website and factor those into the price (for me they were around 100CAD). For anybody looking for good historical clothing, this is my go to store. They have a great selection of styles and eras, with everything you'll need to construct an outfit. Their clothes also fit me quite well, which considering I am a skinny trans man is impressive! Most men's clothing doesn't fit me well, but theirs fits me just as I would expect and makes me look like a Victorian dandy. Definitely worth saving up for good quality clothing that will last as long as their historical counterparts.

We attended to purchase two suits , not realising we needed a prior appointment . However we were accommodated and received an excellent fitting , a thoroughly enjoyable experience

Sadly the company delivers using DHL, and do not offer any alternatives or warnings that DHL is charging a 100% markup on deliveries outside the UK.

always positive reviews for Darcy Clothing, my new order is a success. Excellent the 19th century nightgown!!!! I confess I thought it would be lighter, you don't need sheets because... it's a sheet on its own. And the underwear is super comfortable

Great products for great price. Receive my beautiful silk scarf and the continuous contact about the status of my order from order reaching the shipping company to the delivery to my house they kept me updated with everything. No haste was wasted also to processing of my order to the delivery very fast.

I’ve bought a lot of different clothing for myself and my son, and it’s always been very good quality, and delivered surprisingly fast.
Only thing to watch out for is that on the website, the price on the items doesn’t add on the VAT until you reach the point before you press the Buy button.

I don't usually do reviews but feel compelled to write one now. Purchased the 3/4 length sleeve long john vest and was very nicely surprised by the feel, cut and quality......ordered another 2 and they arrived the next morning. Brought the one originally for work but it/they have been promoted to casual/smart. Refreshing to be able to quality.
