Already down one car (alternator) which wont be back for three days, we were having to manage with one car for a busy family. So worried when clanking coming from it on friday evening. Phoned various garages saturday morning - either closed or offering appointments 2 weeks away! The man at Darcy's said to bring it down and they'd make time to check it out. Didn't keep me waiting. Found the problem (minor) and sorted it. Thorough check of suspension was fine. Reassured. No charge. Just really helpful!

I went through the online procedure to book my Audi in for Air Conditioning Re-gassing, at Darcys (Protyre) Durham. Very impressed with the online system - given a fair price and a pre-booked time slot to have the work carried out. Arrived at Darcys 15 mins before the allocated time (as requested) to be told - quite bluntly - that Darcys Durham do NOT do air conditioning re-gassing (even though there was a sign just inside the door advertising this facility). No trained staff apparently - which Protyre were (apparently) aware of. Shocking behaviour - and now have to wait up to 5 working days for a refund. I was looking for a local garage to carry out servicing / tyres etc - but it will NOT be Darcys...

Excellent service. A pain of a job for the folks at Darcy's as my Audi TT likes to play awkward, but the gang there just cracked on and my car (Suzi Quattro as I affectionately call her ) 😁 is driving better than ever!
Highly recommended this garage, great at their job, polite, professional and keep you informed all the way. I'm Over the moon to have found such a great garage.

Had exceptional service from Darcy's from the moment I visited. They were nothing but polite, helpful and honest. I had 3 tyres needing replacement (range rover evoque) and they had them ordered for the next morning. The prices were fair and actually better than other quotes I had received from garages. Would highly recommend them.

He has a pleasant manner and kind treating all his customers like they're important. His prices are great and he has specialists to do the work for him. So you get them at a cheaper price than dealers.

Take my Audi there regularly for services. Probably half the price of the main dealer with the same level of expertise and exactly the same parts.
