As a diabetic, I’m always interested in genuinely sugar-free drinks, so I gave Dash sparkling water a try. I’m a bit surprised by some of the very positive reviews. Personally, I found it quite bland. There is a hint of fruit, but it’s extremely subtle—so much so that it’s barely noticeable.

It’s not unpleasant, just very plain. I can’t honestly say it’s something I must have or would actively reach for. On the plus side, it’s zero calories and presumably a healthier option, which is important to me.

That said, the price is hard to justify. Even on offer, £24 for 48 cans feels expensive for what is essentially fizzy water with the faintest suggestion of fruit. At full price, it would be even more difficult to recommend.

Overall, it’s drinkable and likely a healthy choice, but for me it lacks flavour and value. With a bit more fruit intensity—or a more realistic price—it could be much better.

Taste so good! I had the cherry and it’s lovely and refreshing. A great alternative to drinks with lots of nasties in them! My daughter also loves these too and she feels like she’s having a treat when she has one!

I love Dash water - refreshing and tasty without being sickly sweet or too much. I haven’t come accross a flavour I don’t like. The ingredients are also great- no added nasties. Thumbs up from me!

The cherry one. WOW. Just enough sweetness and so refreshing on a plane journey. 100% recommend.

It’s surprisingly hard to find sugar-free drinks that actually taste good, but Dash completely nailed it. Every flavour I’ve tried has been delicious, and they’re affordable too. I honestly haven’t found one I don’t love.

I wanted some healthy, fruity sparkling drinks (with no nasty additives) that felt like a treat at the end of the day. DASH water fitted the bill and on their very prompt arrival really impressed me. Delicious fresh flavours in elegant cans plus it’s good to know they contain winky fruit that would otherwise be thrown away. I’m now a huge fan. I’m going to work my way through all their flavours.

Really nice drink, something refreshing and fizzy to have whether you are having a meal, out with friends or watching a film. Nice to have a drink and not feel guilty or feel rubbish the next day.

It's tasty, relatively cheap and very convenient

I was looking for a healthy alternative to diet fizzy drinks full of sweetener and I have found it! I absolutely love dash water. My favourite flavours are raspberry, peach and cherry. I absolutely love it!!

My husband loves the blackcurrant flavour dash. I had a regular order but did cancel this as several times boxes - delivered by DPD - arrived damaged with the contents leaking out. However, I thought I would given them another go. Low and behold this new box had been damaged and DPD said there would be a delay. When it arrived, the box had been opened and re taped by DPD. I had no idea it had been delivered until I went out at 8:00 am as they did not knock. Dash should use another delivery company. That said, they have always been very good at refunding for damages and their customer service is brill.

Great tasting drinks, without any of the rubbish.
Website was easy to navigate and place an order.
There was a slight issue with the order where some cans weren’t delivered but that was quickly sorted via the web chat on the site.
Would highly recommend to anyone who wants great tasting drinks without all the added stuff

I have become absolute obsessed with DASH! It has made my alcohol free journey so easy, I can drink it from the can or make it boujee in a wine glass with added fruit. My favourite flavour is hands down grapefruit, for that slightly tarter flavour! The subscription service means I never have to worry and they have such a good refer a friend system that I can pretty much always complete my order with generous discounts. Whats not to love!

Our office has been subscribed to Dash since October 2024, and the whole team is obsessed. As a fellow B Corp, we love supporting a brand that shares our values and uses "wonky" fruit to tackle waste. It’s rare to find a drink with zero sugar or sweeteners that actually tastes this good. Great flavours, great mission, and total peace of mind regarding their ethics. Highly recommended!
