They have some beautiful pieces but unfortunately they don’t last, got the star and moon layered necklace for Valentine’s Day, wore it to dinner and broke, got a replacement after 2 weeks and not even two weeks later it’s after breaking again, it wasn’t worn to bed or everyday so it’s very disappointing.

Absolutely excellent service. Ease from start to finish..I bought two beautiful gold ChloBo bracelets for my daughter. They were on sale, genuinely priced, and they arrived within 3 working days (ordered Thursday, delivered by courier on Monday morning) They came complete with ChlBo packaging and added pretty purple ribboned gift bags from David Cullen Jewellers. A lovely note from Tricia, with a bag of jellies attached (!) brought an added feel good factor. Wonderful service from an Irish family business. Thankyou so much, David Cullen Jewellers.

I recently ordered a Casio watch as a gift for my anniversary with the engraving option. The delivery was really quick. I placed the order and this was dispatched on the same day, and I received my order the next day! The customer service was amazing, the team was so helpful with any questions I had, they took their time with me and paid attention to engraving details. They also included a thank you note with the package which was really nice :)

Hi just over a year ago i got robbed on holidays they took a gold chain from me that meant so much to me. I rang david Cullen got through to a lovely lady called Sinead and she solved my problem instantly took photos and sent on to me. Purchased online and when arrived it was exactly the same. It got damaged and a few weeks ago and when i got in contact with David Cullens again it was Sinead who answered and she could recall the conversation we had the previous year. It's for a child, and the business added a small packet of jellies. The parcel came with a beautiful gift box and bag which is ideal as the chain is a gift.
