Still waiting for my doors, I ordered ages ago and was told they would be with me two weeks ago, then a week ago I was told they were ready, but there was no tracking available...since then I have left messages and emailed daily, but I am being completely ignored. I have paid a carpenter to fit these this weekend and I'm getting increasingly frustrated by the lack of communication...and lack of doors which I really need asap, as promised!
UPDATED - Communication did improve and my doors did finally arrive, overall I am pleased with them...as long as you are willing to wait, they are good value for money

As with others, I wish I'd read the reviews first. 4 week estimate for delivery came and went and couldn't get hold of the company by phone, and had multiple unanswered emails. Eventually concluded that I'd been scammed, got a refund issued through my credit card company, and ordered elsewhere.
The doors eventually turned up 10 weeks after ordering, after I'd received and painted the replacement set. Can't comment on the quality, I never even opened them.
A good example of how not to run a business, and I hope they take some of the feedback on board and spend more time on updates and communication.
Suggest only ordering if time is not a factor, and even then, there are better companies out there.

First time i have used this company. I required both standard and custom sized doors and was very impressed with the quality of the materials used and of the high standard of workmanship. The measurements were precise and the finish was impressive. Prices are very reasonable. Excellent customer service. Will be using this company again.

I agree with most of these reviews regarding delivery timescales and communications, which are apalling. To add insult to injury, David did not have the decency and manners to let me know that the doors had not been dispatched as promised meaning I spent a day needlessly waiting in for them when they were still at his works.

However, I cannot agree with those who say that, despite the poor service, the quality is good. IMHO, the quality too is apalling. The doors appeared OK on arrival, but having now painted them, the panels are riddled with shallow gouges and dwell marks from the mill.

I should send them back but can't face any more dealings with this company

Order the doors 12th January, estimated delivery date 4 weeks from order.
Ordered arrived at just over 10 weeks from ordering.
It would have been useful to get some feedback about delays in manufacturing them throughout the process.
Product arrived well packed by the courier.

I ordered 3 doors for an electrical cupboard.
perfect sizes and well packaged.

Even though it was a three week lead time this was stated before. Communication was good and items arrived well packaged and great quality at a reasonable price 👍👍

If time matters I wouldn’t order kitchen doors from here. It took almost 4 months to get my order and the only reason I got them to deliver was because I had to do a charge back. No communication no answers to emails or phone calls.

The doors are excellent quality but the lack of communication and uncertainty of if you are getting scammed is not worth the time and worry.
As a company you really need to work on the company side of things and not just the product. More communication is key if we know why there is a delay and why it’s taking longer then expected it would be better for both parties.

These doors are very high quality. Communication was good throughout and the slightly longer lead time than other companies is worth it as the products are top class.

I needed some bespoke doors and the company were fantastic at understanding the requirements and the end product met the brief exactly.

The packaging of the doors was very good and ensured they were delivered in perfect condition.

Sometimes in life it’s not how fast you can get a product but understanding that quality takes time.

Ordered 6 cupboard doors that where delivered at the exact date and they are good quality for the price, only problem I’ve had is I ordered 2 more to go with that order and was told by the company to put a message in their notes and they would sort it out there end I’ve heard nothing since but they are a good product for the price

I ordered the door and there was a fair delay, but the company contacted me and apologised. They are going through a busy period. Door was spot on for what I needed.

We ordered 4 made to measure doors off David. They were delayed by about a week. David kept us informed. We have now recieved the doors and we are really pleased. Will be using them again in the future

So far not good…. Still waiting for the doors. Ordered on November 6th in good time for the Christmas period. I have emailed with no response to date… really stressing now that I’ll be hosting with an incomplete kitchen…

I ordered replacement doors to transform my plain Ikea laundry room into a dreamy shaker style laundry room. The doors are beautifully made and it was easy for me to prime, paint and install with new adjustable hinges. I am thrilled with the result and all of this came at a very reasonable price. I will place a new order to revamp my kitchen soon!

Ordered two sets of detailed double doors with hinge holes and they are cut precisely to size. Arrived well packaged and in pristine condition, I am very pleased.
Took a bit longer than indicated but worth waiting for, excellent value.

Awful. No goods 7 weeks after order. They don’t answer their phone or respond to emails.
Managed to get a chargeback via my bank for the payment I made.
How do businesses hope to survive behaving like this ? 🤦🏼‍♀️

After I had written a poor review about the experience I had with Davewilson doors the company phoned me directly and gave me a satisfying explanation in regards to my issue with them and I except that I was harsh in my review I have tried to take my review down or amend it which I don’t seem to be able to do please ignore my content in my review as I would not like it to effect there business

I received the doors on Friday and am so pleased with them, they are precisely made, very well packed and are going to make a real difference to my bathroom cabinet.
Dave answered all my queries and I received an invoice as soon as payment had been made. A well run company that I will use again.

Rather like the last reviewer - the wait time is a somewhat longer than the estimated time suggested and I did chase up my delivery BUT I can honestly say that the product is spot on and all measurements are perfect. Perfectly prepped ready for the top coat of our choice.

My partner is a retired joiner and knows his stuff - he just preferred to hand the job over and is EXTREMELY happy with the result - which truly makes a change from his usual disappointment at the lack of skilled workmanship nowadays! So thank you Dave!

The 1 star reviews here are harsh… yes the delivery time is almost double what their website states… and the communication is very slow but I did eventually get replies to text and phone calls. My order arrived today (29/10) after placing on 15/09. The measurements are bang on, craftsmanship very good. Just a dust off and my top coat has sat perfectly.

If the comms were better from David and the delivery time updated on the website to manage expectations it would be 5 stars all the way.
