Buying a new property

Dreadful absolutely dreadful
Dreadful absolutely dreadful, I did speak to someone this morning in regard to probate and a family dispute
Useless, I have already submitted the application but they wanted to take over and start a new application
This would have ensured they would receive a great big fat fee
I refused, all I needed were official letters written
I was then told that they couldn't help me and to seek advice from a different solicitor
Incompetent useless, time wasters

You contacted our team with an online enquiry and one of our team responded as soon as possible. Your situation was highly complex and our advice was we believe, the most professional way to respond to your situation. We appreciate you were not happy with the advice we provided as it was not what you wanted to hear at that time. When you became verbally abusive to our team, which was overheard by colleagues, we advised that you should seek advice elsewhere, which we hope you were able to do.

Paula handled our case and was excellent. Constantly in communication throughout the whole process and reassuring when we hit bumps.

Used Davies and Partners as my solicitors in a recent purchase of a new build home. Exchanged and completed within 5 weeks of my instruction (25th Sept-31st Oct), with a smartphone app to carry out all the signing required throughout the process.
