Very Poor Service - Disappointing
Order was delayed beyond imagination. Ended up having to cancel and am still yet to receive my refund after two weeks of waiting for it.
ridiculous
Made 2 orders, both never came from factory I had to make contact on both occasions to check if order had arrived/ shipped. Wanted to buy local but had to go elsewhere. Wouldnt shop with again. 1 Star review because the girl that replied to email was very prompt at refunding otherwise it would have been 0.
Lost a lot of customers as I have since recommended another supplier to friends and family

Item still not arrived
After responding to an email requesting rating and feedback, unfortunately my experience has not been positive. Over a month later I am still waiting for my order. It appeared to be in stock when initially ordered and I had an email that it was being processed shortly after. I then had to email to chase it up to be told that it was out of stock but would not have known this if I hadn't emailed to find out what was going on. Disappointing interaction so far.

When I ordered the message said.. we will email you when your item is despatched. A week later I got in touch with Dawsons only to be told the item was out of stock ?. I could have been waiting to this day. Very poor service.
Kids Electric Guitar
We ordered an electric guitar set for our son. Very impressed with the product and accessories. Easy to set up and get playing. Good quality and really quick delivery of the item.
Purchased a drum pedal for £190 and…
Purchased a drum pedal for £190 and chose a delivery slot of August 10th. It's now September 19th. I've had to chase them for updates and to find out what's going on. It's like they don't care. Hopefully I get a refund so I can get the pedal elsewhere.

Very poor. Did not answer phone. Took 2 months before I had to cancel for non delivery. Do not use, very slow email response.
Dreadful - avoid!
Ordered item in June. After a lengthy wait I contacted them and was promised a refund. Weeks later I noticed it still hadn't been made so I emailed and got a terse reply. Eventually received it in October and only because I spotted they hadn't made the refund and was persistent.

Whilst the information i was given was not false (servers being down) I had to find out for myself that the Company had yet again entered administration although part was being retained which I was glad to hear. I would have appreciated the truth about the delay in my order which was to be a birthday gift for my son. I even kept my order active when I found the situation to help the Company however I was then told that an item that was supposedly in stock would not now be available until approximately February!! I have taken my business elsewhere and I unfortunately I doubt I will be back although I wish Dawsons all the best.

Never received the item i ordered, emailed, phoned no response. Luckily i paid with PayPal and got my money back. Dawsons in administration!!! AVOID at all costs.

Made an order, single bass string, 10 day delivery quote. Two weeks later emailed having heard nothing, after several days had to raise a case with PayPal to get refunded. Hate to think hassle would've had to go through if I'd paid via card.
A disaster
A disaster. I requested during the order to have the guitar case delivered to a recipient in London. A few days later, I received notification that it was being delivered to me. I spent an ungodly amount of time trying to find a company number that worked, and then received an email assuring me that the delivery address had been amended. It wasn't. I received it at my house in Kent and had to deliver it myself to London, severely bruising my legs in the process (see photograph) as I am a small person and it is a large, heavy case. When I wrote to the representative, she effectively just dismissed it as not her problem - something to do with the warehouse. APPALLING SERVICE.
