Do not purchase anything from this company. I ordered a sonic cleaner and when I got it, it looked totally different than what was advertised. It also didn't come with English instructions. After I asked them about it, all they said is they had many companies and it came from one of them. After 2 months it stopped working and I wanted a replacement as there is a 1 YEAR WARRANTY but that option was never given to me. Instead I got run around to numerous customer service reps. At one point months later I was told they would send a replacement for free. Then they said they didn't have any stock so I'd have to send mine back, pay for it and then send them the shipping cost so I could be reimbursed. Eventually they said they would refund me $40. This was in May. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THIS MONEY.

At this point, I don't care anymore. $40 isn't worth the hassle. I can tell you I still have the machine in question and I am fully going to go "office space" on it.

I purchased a SonoLuxie Ultrasonic Cleaner from DayDeals on December 18th, 2025. The purchase came with a one year Warranty. The product arrived and it was defective. It did not work as promised, there was virtually no agitation of the water in the Cleaner. I contacted DayDeals Customer Support on January 7th, 2026 - they asked that I send video clips of the product in operation. I did that and was told that they would get back to me in 3 days. Well it has been three weeks and still no response. In addition I contacted them a second time on January 20th, 2026 and again I was told that they would get back to me within 24 hours. It has been 9 days and they have not responded. They do not stand by the product or the warranty. Worse still they promise action and then do not deliver. Beware purchasing from this company. DayDeals is a scam company.
