Dealing with Bethany has always been a pleasure, totally efficient and responds very quickly to any issues I have encountered.

At the beginning, the service was fine and communication was decent. However, as the sale progressed and there was limited interest, they were initially reluctant to reduce the asking price. Only later, as the contract period was coming to an end, did they start actively looking for buyers.

They also recommend AVRillo solicitors, who in my experience were very poor and had several unexpected or hidden costs, so I would not personally recommend that route.

When the survey came back lower than the agreed sale price, the situation became less straightforward and felt unnecessarily complicated at times by the agent.

Eventually, the property did sell for the original price through them, but in the later stages I had to chase most updates myself. Communication became weak, and I often had to call to find out basic progress updates. Contact with my solicitor was also not easy, which added further stress to the process.

Overall, an acceptable service at the start, but weaker support and communication in the later stages of the sale.

DBR are a great help in managing my property. They provide intellectual insight and advice, as well as finding good tenants and carrying out all the necessary checks. They also respond swiftly to any questions or enquiries l may have. Happy to recommend their services.

I have previously bought and sold through DB Roberts and had a very positive experience. I have recently become the landlord of a property and approached the lettings department to assist me with the management of my property. I was really pleased with the service I have received from them in particular Lisa and Megan who I have been dealing with. Their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail has been outstanding. From initial contact, getting everything in place, advertising, referencing tenants has all been a smooth process. I feel my property is in safe hands and looking forward to working with them going forward.

I have been particularly impressed with both Lisa Edwards and Nicole Stiller. An excellent company to rent with. Our property manager Bethany and letting agent Tia have both been amazing and made the whole process smooth and not stressful. They are both always at the end of the phone/an email with any queries we may have and keep regular communication. The staff are also lovely, friendly and very helpful.
