Extreme Data breach and Concerns

I remain concerned about the publication, profiting, indexing of personal information and the lack of an effective removal process.

My experience has left me with serious concerns regarding privacy, accuracy, and responsiveness. They profit from non-consentual and false publications of individual court datas in Australia without consent, including datas within administrative phase, then they request money or you remains "one click" away. Serious data breach and invasion of privacy.

Beware of this fraudulent company/blackmailers and continue to report them until Australian government takes action. They are dangerous and need to be de-registered for the safety and privacy of Australian communities.

They have been reported. Say No to Australian data thieves, and sellers like DC partners and solutions.

Violation of Privacy: Misleading “Profile”and Selling Unauthorised Publication: Private residential repairs exploited for lead generation, Serious business misconduct

This company published and selling my personal information including full name and an NCAT case on its website and indexed it on Google. The matter relates to an interim application for urgent bathroom repairs in a private residence. NCAT has not published this in their official decisions database, yet this site has made it searchable, created blog about me without consent. Public court lists allow transparency of proceedings. They do not automatically grant third parties the right to create monetised, search-optimised “profile” pages of private individuals based on withdrawn matters. That distinction is important. This matter has been reported to the OAIC and the ACCC for assessment.
When I requested removal, Mark J Smith, the business owner declined, claiming a leaky bathroom repair is a "newsworthy public record." He further stated an intention to publish a "detailed blog post" about my past civic advocacy. Google reviewed my legal request and removed the URL from search results for violating their personal-information policies. Despite this, the website continues to host the page and hide details behind a paywall. I have escalated this to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and ACCC. I encourage anyone concerned about their privacy to check how their information is being used here.
(Mark James Smith is the business owner.) Please check the 1.0 rating Google reviews about him and his company.
Update: I contacted NCAT directly and was officially informed that no public record, decision, or listing exists for this matter. NCAT does not publish daily hearing lists with party names online, and no decision has been published on Caselaw NSW or AustLII.
This means the information on the site cannot have come from any publicly accessible official source. It appears to have been submitted privately by the opposing party, yet it is presented as verified public data.
Publishing personal litigation details from a non-public tribunal matter, without consent and without any public source, raises serious privacy concerns. The operator’s public response on Trustpilot was unnecessarily personal and confrontational, and the threat to publish an additional blog post about me only escalates the issue.
I requested removal through the site’s own process and received no substantive reply beyond the public Trustpilot post.
Potential users of this service should be aware that information presented as “100% from official court lists” may in fact originate from unverified private submissions.

Dear Kay, also known as Tiara Choi of Tiara Choi v The Owners – Strata Plan No. 70625.

We stand by our mission to provide transparency regarding public legal records. It is inconsistent to receive a 'privacy' complaint from an individual who has frequently used public platforms to call for the exposure of corruption and transparency in the strata sector. We will soon be publishing a detailed blog post regarding your public advocacy for transparency in strata management.

Furthermore, we received correspondence from an entity claiming to be 'Michael T Williams' of 'Pinnacle Legal Solutions' via a generic Gmail address. Our verification through the Law Society of NSW shows no registered solicitor by that name. We take the integrity of our platform seriously and do not remove newsworthy public records in response to unverified legal threats.

Our records are accessible to 99.99% of our users free of charge. We invite anyone interested in these public matters to search our database directly.

Yours faithfully,
Mark J Smith, Webmaster, dcpartners.solutions

My experience with Mark James Smith – Unprofessional and Inappropriate

I decided to trust Mark James Smith after meeting his daughter, Molly May Smith, during a trip to Switzerland. She seemed friendly and spoke highly of him, so I figured I’d be in good hands. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at all.

First off, his fees are outrageously high. I paid a significant amount for what was supposed to be a professional consultation, but it quickly became clear that Mark James Smith wasn’t serious about his work. The session lacked structure, and instead of focusing on the matters at hand, he was overly familiar and far from professional.

What made it worse was his inappropriate, tactile behavior throughout the meeting, which made me very uncomfortable. I had to remind him several times to maintain proper boundaries. He didn’t take it well. After I firmly called him out, he got visibly offended and abruptly ended the session, leaving many issues unresolved.

It’s shocking that someone who markets himself as a professional could behave in such a disrespectful manner. I wasted both my time and money, and the whole experience was far from what I expected.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Mark James Smith’s services. His behavior was inappropriate, his prices are far too high, and he showed no respect for personal boundaries. My connection to his daughter led me to believe I could trust him, but it turns out he’s not trustworthy at all.

I had a terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with Mark J. Smith, who runs this site. After paying for what seemed like legitimate services, I never received anything. It quickly became clear that this is just a front to take people’s money. No communication, no follow-up—just a complete scam. Be very careful and do not trust this person or this business.
