Buyer BEWARE
Buyer BEWARE Decormania are the worst company I have dealt with.
January 2021 we ordered a supply of Diamond Panels & were told that there would be a 3 Week delivery.
We received only 2 of the 3 parcels sent. The other parcel did not arrive until 3 Months later!
The parcel was lost at customs. Decormania said they would make some more & get them delivered ASAP but they never did, despite me chasing them at least 4 times a week for updates.
It got to the stage where the project was cancelled and the contractors used to fit the panels were cancelled.
At this point Decormania stated that they would not issue a refund & would not collect the unused panels, despite the order still not being fulfilled. We were in a position where we had paid £1k for panels that could not be used & Decormania refusing to refund.
Decormania were making no effort to replace the lost panels and had no interest in the impact this was having on us & the project.
When the lost parcel finally arrived 3 Months Later, the box was in a terrible condition, very badly torn, the panels inside were in disarray & this resulted in 8 panels being damaged.
At this point, Decormania only offered a refund on the 8 damaged panels. Still leaving us without enough tiles for the cancelled project. They said they were prepared to despatch another 8 tiles but they could not guarantee that these would not take another 3 months to deliver!!!!
Utter atrocious customer service. We are now in a position with a cancelled project, 8 damaged tiles and £1k down in our pockets.

I hope you are very happy now receiving full refund and all gods at free of charge. You have reviewed all funds back when you have claimed your falsely claimed chargeback and you still didn't dispatch the goods worth of 1000GBP.
Firstly we have exchanged many emails between our staff and yourself, we have also informed you at every stage that products are made to order and also we had delays with products being shipped to UK after the Brexit. UK borders where not processing all parcels at UK border due to post Brexit situation from 01.January until March 2021 - which obviously wasn't our fault. You demanded to send replacement 8 panels in 10 days - when standard waiting time for this bespoke product is 2-3 weeks plus 1 week delivery to UK. You have refused to send goods back, you have refused our Terms and Conditions and also every possible option we have proposed.
I have to admit communication with you was our worst experience ever, you were rude shouting at our members of staff blaming us for BREXIT. You called us idiots and stupid people in your emails. We have tried to help you at every stage but you preferred to leave bad reviews with your friend.
