Great communication
From the moment we placed the order they were excellent at keeping us informed regarding our order. Although there was to be a small delay, they emailed me to offer me a new delivery date, a chance to change my order or a refund. Their new delivery date was spot on.

Company site was easy to use and even provided batch numbers for paper. I had a complaint and this was also dealt with in a very timely manner by the company. Only downside was the delivery company they use and lack of affordable delivery options
