Although the delivery and service fee seems higher, compared to the likes of Ubereats, there are times where Delivereasy are cheaper, especially with restaurants that have as much as a $6 delivery fee before adding other fees to it.

There is an actual customer service number you can call and you know it's not going to a call centre in another country. The customer service rep was honest with what led to my order being cancelled and gave me a choice as to what to do next, rather than assuming I wanted a refund.

Its the experience of being able to order with easy steps as well as the options to pay eg:- afterpay. Delivery service is on point with my food still being piping hot & not cold. Exceeded my expectations of a meal on wheels service for my whanau.👍💯

I prefer to support local where I can and although delivery may be a tad slower than Uber I'm sure it will pick up when more support is given and therefore drivers grow in numbers.
