Wegen einem Material/Designfehler reibt sich bei der Perfecta Thermal Bib Tight das Logo Badge am Stoff. Nach 3 Touren sieht die Hose aus wie meine alte Rapha Bib nach 4 Jahren.
Das habe ich an den Kundenservice geschrieben, 3x per Mail, 1x per Instagram. Es gab keine Antwort.

I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you've encountered with the Perfecta Thermal Bib Tight and for the lack of response to your previous communications. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I am genuinely sorry for any bad mood this has caused you.
The issue you've described with the logo badge is concerning, and it is not indicative of the high standards we set for our products. Quality and durability are paramount to us, and it seems we have fallen short in this instance.
