Excellent service - ordered on Sunday and delivered by Tuesday. Cheaper than Amazon too!! Well done

After having a new Valplast partial denture fitted at my dentist on 2/6/26 (not cheap) and being advised not to use toothpaste or a bristle brush to clean it I looked online for FDC or Val-clean solution powders & soft brush and came across Dental Asthetics in Cornwall and after speaking with Lauren on 4/6/26 for advice I ordered a 12 months supply of Val-clean & a soft silicone toothbrush. The order was completed at 3.50pm with a confirmation email & the package arrived today 5/6/26 in Lancashire at 9.50am today so super quick delivery and great service from Lauren and manager Lucy! Cheaper than going on Amazon looking at other sellers and you get to speak with someone when placing your order! There is also a comprehensive easy to use website with lots of great information so will definitely use again.

I, too, had a wonderful experience with Dental Aesthetics! Lucy was so kind, gracious and competent, and I thank her for explaining so carefully all my options re: purchasing an item from Portugal.

I have been a patient at this clinic for the last 15 years and have always had an excellent service not only from Dr Nadjafi but also from all the staff at Aesthetic Dental Zone.
The level of expertise and service is outstanding with attention to every detail and care provided throughout.

First time ordering, quick dispatch and delivery. There was a part of the order that was left out but a quick call to a friendly person fixed that. It got delivered first class post, in a letterbox friendly package so I didn't even need to be in. Companies are often good when things go right, but when they do such a fine job fixing something that's gone wrong it shows their excellence.

Ordered some bands late in the day expecting standard delivery times, got next day delivery!

I have nothing but praise for Dental Aesthetics. I have used their services over some time without problem. My last order, however, went astray - without any culpability on their part. However, they replaced it, promptly, in full.

Amazing service, ordered my grandson's elastics for his braces on Thursday afternoon, they were here by free first class delivery on Friday morning. A free gift of a packet of applicators was sent as well. Thank you again for such brilliant service.

Dr Umre's team is very experienced and I have had no problem with there treatment. I have been going to them for the past 15years traveling from Gurgaon.
