It’s good to have a payment option like this, especially when you don’t have medical insurance. Over the years, the customer service was generally pretty good. However, when I called to explain my situation over the phone and communicate it to my dentist, I found man over the phoneto be extremely rude and lacking in manners.

Unfortunately, the dental practice manager also spoke to me in a rude manner and told me that I had not been making my payments to Denticare Account, even though I explained that I had already completed my payment plan with Denticare.

After the conversation, my dentist Nevil Nolly told me that the practice would no longer be using Denti’s services because Denti was not making payments or because of some other issues with Denticare.

This is very disappointing for me, especially in case I need dental treatment in the future. I appreciated having this payment option available when I didn’t have medical insurance, so it’s unfortunate that I may no longer be able to use it.

Great way to pay off a large bill. Convenient. Good reporting

Having this option of payment plans is amazing. They are easy to work with, helpful, and having the app is a bonus.

I liked that everything was really straightforward. The app was easy to use and showed me everything I needed to know. For example how many payments I had left to pay.
I liked that the total amount was broken down into manageable monthly amounts.
I also liked that you could speak to a person too, if you had any questions.

Excellent service, It was easy to apply for. DentiCare took the stress and worry out of having to find so much money up front for our children’s braces. It was easy fortnightly payments and I Would definitely recommend them
