Incredibly rude customer service/snarky commentary. I reached out because they had been advertising a new bottle for a product I used to use and really love, but hated the packaging. It's been over 6mos of them advertising the new bottle so I ordered. I reached out because I received the old bottle style and was met with a brick wall of rudeness and snarky commentary like, "Is there something about the packaging that prevents the product inside from working???" What? How about, I apologize, we are still clearing out old stock but can gladly exchange for the new bottle style. Come to find out, they aren't even MAKING their new packaging yet and don't have any estimate for when they will be, because they are determined to sell all the old ones. Agent then sat and argued that their toner NEVER expires if unopened (which is not accurate) to justify sending out the old stock. Extremely poor customer service. Took photos of the chat for BBB. Will never buy from them again.

I purchased a Sulfur Face Mask from this company. With shipping, it cost me approximately $50. a fairly hefty price, but one I decided I was willing to pay. It arrived (took a while to ship and arrive but nothing outrageous) and then a few weeks later I ended up with a bill from Fedex for "Disbursement" and "Clearance Entry" Fees. For almost $40. Absolutely no where on the website while I was checking out, choosing the shipping, or making the payment did it say that there may be extra fees. That is unbelievable. I hope to hear back from this company regarding this in the hopes that they'll do the honest thing and pay the fees because I would never have made this purchase if I had been informed that extra shipping fees may apply. I already paid the company for shipping, it's their job to inform you if the products they are shipping may incur extra fees on top of that, and they failed to do so. I'm incredibly disappointed. If I wanted to pay over $80 for a single bottle of product, I would go to a licensed dermatologist.
