I brought in my Porsche for the dreaded Check Engine Sign and the symbol (low power mode). Josh and the folks diagnosed the problem, kept good communication with me as they narrowed down my issue, and had it fixed in a next day by evening ( I dropped off with appointment). Also had the yearly maintenance done along with all four brakes/pads/rotors. Honest mechanics, good prices and more personal service than what I was getting at the dealer. Would recommend to everyone!

My '16 Land Rover broke down. My friend advised that I should go to his mechanic ( Desi Auto Care). Without a doubt it was a smart choice. I had my Land Rover towed to Desi. My vehicle had a bunch of issues. They did a great work within my budget. I am really thankful they did not take advantage of me like so many other mechanics do. I will never ever take my both vehicles elsewhere!

Desi Auto Care replaced on o2 sensor in my Land Rover Evaque. The check engine light is now gone. Chris is a down to earth guy and makes you comfortable while you are there. I'm a senior person I have been there twice and each time was treated fairly. I will be going back in again for brakes job I trust that shop and all Chris's mechanics Also the lady that answers the phone and schedules appointments is very friendly, please keep up the good work with your customers.

I feel better having my Infiniti repaired here. I know I get quality original parts. I know the diagnostic is perfect to identify issues. On highway 60 MPH I was having a brake pulsation with some steering wheel vibration. Sometimes I do not like the outcome because there is a surprise repair- but one my Infiniti can’t drive without. So, it is repaired before the car is destroyed. But then the (and it it’s surprise) there’s something Chris have done without telling me, even if it’s as simple as replacing my small headlamps. There are few places like Desi Auto Care: expertise, quality, honest and a quirky smart technician to make you grit your teeth and ‘get it’ done right.

Just had my SUBARU serviced at Desi Auto. He took the tiem to explain to me about cooling system issues which cause head gasket failure and what will be going to be worked on. I have even been told not to fix something that wasn't yet worn out or damaged, such as brake pads that I still had a little bit of wear left. He gets my business because he performs good work fixing what is (REALLY!) needed, and answers all my questions.

Sam and Chris are professional, honest, and educated on Volvo repair service, but they really seem care for service they offer. My car was in bad shape and had a long laundry list of things wrong with it, they not only made the most necessary ONLY repairs to my car such as brakes and replaced bad bearings at a reasonable price. My car is running so well. Awesome repair shop and I will highly recommend their services.

In addition to servicing the Volvo, Chris given me few tips, such as how to access the car when my remote battery dies.

My Land Rover Discovery has operating conditions such as stalling, engine misfire, and rough running…all was cured by him.

Andrew is a straight up gentlemen with very competitive pricing, compared to dealerships. This shop has a family feel, and tells you exactly what he will repair and recommend what you (Really) need. I was referred by my buddy Sean, and he has a Range Rover. So if you want to fix up your Range Rover’s go to Desi Auto Care.

I was asking in my area at different shops how much to swap out my throttle actuators and Desi Auto Care gave me the lowest quote! Dylan schedules for me to come in and the quote stayed exactly same. Chris scanned my ECU to make sure my actuators was the real issue and he called me to give confirmation. I would recommend this shop to anybody who wants an honest BMW mechanic and who do not charge an arm & leg! When I receive my E60/M5 back and issue was gone. I brought my Mercedes R350 in for check engine sign, abs failure sign, and PMS failure sign. After diag. Chris explained me, that I needed an air mass sensor. Had my service completed on time. Not only did I get recommendations but I wasn’t pressured for any up-sell. In addition, my repair is covered under 2 years / 24,000 miles warranty.

After having an oil change at Jiffy Lube, I was warned that I had an oil leak which needed repair ASAP right away!!. My MINI clubman is only 48k miles so I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I wanted an honest opinion and as I was familiar with Desi Auto Care from the past I decided to visit.

Desi is the shop you hope to bring your Porsche. We were planning vacation and ha them make sure my Cayenne was good to drive for long trip. Chris fit me in his busy schedule and performed a thorough inspection and fixed all the issues including fuel pump replacement, and he Shop is clean and I feel peace of mind.

I needed a major job so they sent me estimate for my transmission replacement and ask for 50% down payment. If you don't trust me with money and asking for down payment. I rather take my business somewhere else. Crazy business practice!!

Most auto repair shops are pretty outdated in their system and processes. But the emails, text, marketing, online appointment, paperwork I received from Desi Auto Care was perfect and detailed.
