Igho was given a very difficult challenge to obtain LDC from the council.
She presented a very comprehensive application, that had clearly taken a great deal of thought and preparation.

I would thoroughly recommend the services of Design Home Plan as the attention to detail was meticulous.

This is my first time working with Igho. I listed what I wanted online . She introduced herself and felt she was clear with what was needed and she was within the area wanted to progress planning application so had some local knowledge . She has kept me informed throughout the process and found her to be very approachable and professional.

IGHO TABOR IS NOT A QUALIFIED ARCHITECT BUT SHE IS A CON ARTIST
I had the misfortune of dealing with Igho on the 24th March 2025 when she came to our house for 40 minutes, when I asked to see her business card and a copy of her qualifications as an architect, she had none. I informed her we did not want to progress with her services and she demanded a payment of £800 for a 40 minute visit and we are now going to court instigated by the very litigious Igho ( check her 1 star reviews for proof of this )
On checking her reviews on the 24th March it was a very concerning 2.8, since that date she has had numerous reviews in the last 2 months all 5 star to improve her rating, all of which in my opinion are not to be trusted.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Igho recently redesigned and renovated a canteen/restaurant space in Ughelli, Delta State, which my team and I will be using for a television drama series shoot. I’ve just had the opportunity to view the finished work, and I must say, we’re very pleased with what she’s achieved.

The renovation goes beyond surface aesthetics – it’s clear that careful thought was given to the specific requirements of a TV production environment. The colour scheme works well for camera, just as we discussed, and the overall layout is both functional and visually appealing.

What stands out most is Igho’s ability to listen and translate ideas into practical design. She managed to strike the right balance between style and usability.

All in all, a solid piece of work. We're looking forward to filming in the space.

Excellent work. I used them for planning permission of an annex at the back of the garden. Also, for a complicated dropped kerb application. Both were successful. Great service.

I called Igho to discuss my plans and she immediately informed me of the need to act fast as the planning permission charges were going up in a few days. She discussed my needs for the loft conversion, rear extension and an annex. She actually recommended the annex. She informed me of the progress so far and we already have the loft approved while we wait for the others . Pleased with the outcome . I would recommend her for her experience and expertise.

The job was completed within the agreed time, very good quality finishing, pricing was satisfactory.
My planning permission has just recently come through.

Igho worked with us over a 3 year period on a project to build a new garage. The project was complicated by a number of design requirements and by being in a conservation area. It also required a number of submissions to obtain planning approvals and satisfy building control, as well as interaction with our party wall surveyor and our builder to provide the plans they needed. We are grateful to Igho for the way she supported us as her clients and for all her hard work on what was complex and often frustrating process!

Avoid at all costs she takes your money but doesn't deliver any service and is quick to judge other architectures. Twice she had submitted my application for the extension and both times failed she blames everyone else but herself. She wasted my time and money and promised she'd get this through planning I rather give my money to charity than to her. I want her to appeal and she wants more money AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I live in Streatham SW16 and parking is getting evermore difficult so I wanted a garage - a big garage. I realised that I needed Planning Permission and Igho was recommended to me as someone with a good track record of gaining permissions even in conservation areas.
She visited, listened to what I wanted, measured and prepared drawings. She took the time to make sure I was happy with what she had drawn and submitted making the whole process simple for me to understand. She dealt with queries from the planning officer and took the local opposition in her stride.
When the consent came through, she let me know straight away and seemed as happy as I was. *******

Igho Tabor is still ruining lives, posing as a professional design and building contractor.
She destroyed my building project.
Five years later,am left with an uncompleted building.
Her claims of positive reviews are fraudulent.
She tried to pressure me for a good review in the first week she started my project.
She's conniving, deceitful and very very economical with the truth.
Igho is a serial director of failed companies with huge debts to frustrated and unsatisfied customers.
