Great products, awful customer support
Develop Device has some really decent products, but I can not give the company more than 2 stars because they/he does NOT respond to any support request messages. I have reached out with questions, some product-related, some technical issues with products I've purchased, and he NEVER responds. This is terrible customer service.
The templates and presets he sells are great, but the newer apps that he's just started selling are incredibly buggy. Can I get a response from him about that? Nope. I'm really bummed, b/c he has some good products. But no customer support? No business.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience - and I genuinely appreciate your kind words about the presets and templates. Hearing that they meet your expectations means a lot, as every product is hand-crafted by me personally.
I want to sincerely apologize for the delayed responses to your support messages. As a one-person operation, I handle everything from product development and firmware compatibility updates to mixing, mastering, and customer support. That said, I understand this isn't an excuse - it's context. Your experience clearly fell short of the standard I hold myself to, and I take full responsibility for that.
Regarding the apps: I launched several new software tools recently (HumBeat 2, IR-Alchemist X, DuptraX, and others), and as with any new software release, early versions can have issues that only surface across the wide variety of systems and DAW configurations our customers use. I've been actively pushing updates and fixes - many based directly on customer feedback. If you're still experiencing issues, I'd genuinely love the chance to resolve them for you.
