Got the DS2000 press, it´s comfortable to use and to transport. Has the perfect size for me. Love it! I received it after 5/6 days, and I´m from Argentina, so it was super fast.

Great customer service and outstanding products, devil press are definitely the UK's go-to place for all your rosin needs. It would take weeks for a product to land from abroad thanks to devil press I got my items in a few days.

Let me start by saying the customer service from Devilpress is very good with great communication.

I had a problem with the plates having a bit of a cosmetic fault in them when they arrived so I emailed Devilpress and got a quick response apologising and giving me a few options on how they would sort this out.
I won't give specifics but the issue was resolved very well in my favour when they could have just left it.
100% great trustworthy business and recommend them to anyone who loves pressing.

Any questions or help you may need they are spot on, after care is second to none you wont be forgotten about. Not so special.... 2 months or more delayed delivery... douthing costumer, post service not working as well... not satisfied...
It was the last reviews that made choose devil press but ended being a poor service..
Did I get any information or update about anything? Did u inform me that u were out of stock or made an change on the offer /bundle?? U dont sayed nothing, no updates, zero information, u promote dispatch in 2 days the machine arrives 2 months or more after, it arrives with no bundle, I report u, and was what it was, u sayed to me that the bundle was send twice, after management problems or who knows and now u are worry about a comment in your page? It's not a fake comment, the procedure was not good and continues to be terrible, your problem is a comment, and not the client...

There ppl are second to none in the uk industry!

Baught the DS2000 what a wounderfull machine it is the small portable and light waight makes it this machine easy to transport from one place to another with out the hassle of having four hands 4 tons of pressure is perfect for up 10g of flower and 15g of hash I would recommend this machine to anyone wanting to do small extractions at home

I contacted Derek through the website live chat and he answered all my queries immediately. I have contacted him several times since and he is always on hand to help. Bought the s13 mini and got it shipped to Israel pretty easy. Derek lead outstanding customer support. As for the s13 easy to operate and had results with 20% yield so far at first testings And might pull more with some tweaking.

Great experience unfortunately part of the kit I ordered had a faulty stat, I got In touch on web chat simply sent back the broken part and received a replacement within the week.

Just got my s11 rosin press came today and just done a test run and it worked better then I thought great results 👍

i brought a Devil Press S8 and it is pretty good to be fair, I got a good yield out of it as well as the rosin bags are really good I brought a s11 pro and that thing is dope as hell boiiiii nicer yeildd and boyyyyy its best thing I have had

I am wholly satisfied with Devil Press. I ordered some Rosin Plates and the quality of the product is excellent. However, the customer service was great too, whenever I had questions Devil Press was really forthcoming and helpful. During the delivery it showed that I needed to pay additional custom taxes. Devil Press immediately offered to reimburse the tax for me and promptly did so.
In short, I am a content customer and I can strongly recommend shopping with Devil Press.
