Took more than a month to get 2 books delivered and I eventually even got just one copy. Very bad delivery and customer care services. On top of it the delivery address was in London!

Exellent experience
In early December I ordered a watch from the Dezeen Watch Store and I am delighted how quick easy the purchase went through. The watch arrived from the UK to Germany only three days later. I was very much impressed. I am very pleased with the watch and would recommend that company to anyone. The only drawback is that there are so many wonderful watches on display, so the temptation to go back an buy another ist great.

great design, but problems with condensation
Love the design of my Hacker watch. Great the quick and free of charge delivery throughout Europe. After 5 month recurring condensation under the glass. Service said this will go away of it's own accord but can be helped along by keeping the watch in a warm dry place. That's what I am doing ever since from time to time...

Good service, bad product
Fast delivery and brilliant customer service. I have bought the INSTRMNT watch as an engagement present, so by the time we realise that the strap will not stay put it was too late to return it. I know things can get wrong but it couldn't happen at the worst time. To say that I am disappointed will be an understatement.

We encourage all of our customers to contact us if they have any issues with their watch after they have purchased, even if it falls outside of the 28 days returns period.
If a purchase is made for a gift we are also happy to make allowances on a returns period if the customer contacts us.

Everything went smoothly and they delivered quickly, in my opinion. Unfortunately, FedEx, which delivered the package, was a pain but that's not the web store's fault.

Hard to make a decision there's so many beautiful watches
The watch I chose is from Picto and is absolutely gorgeous. Delivery was quick, although FedEx is a pain in Australia unless you live in a capital city.
