My experience went well
My experience went well. Paul was polite and informative.
Spoilt for choice with such a large showroom.
The only downside [ hence the 4 stars] is that i had to wait quite some time before being served.

Great service and helpful…
Great service and helpful knowledgeable, information from Max. This was our second visit and he was really helpful and approachable both times. Did not feel pressured or uncomfortable. We specifically went back to this store to purchase our sofa because of the helpfulness and amazing customer service we received from Max on our first visit

Purchased exactly what I was looking for with help from a assistant, who by the way was a very nice young man named Paul, He was friendly, polite and professional
I am very pleased with the price and 0 % finance which makes things a lot easier when sorting my budget.

After 6:30 is a great time to shop.
Blake explained the contract and the furniture and did everything that he could. The shop was quiet and we had his full attention and chose our sofa then and there. It was a lot of money so nice to have the peace and quiet to think about it.
