Smooth Sofa Purchase
We were greeted as we entered the store by Kelly. As it was our second visit she showed us to the sofa we were interested in purchasing.
Kelly was very helpful and patient, allowing us time to finalise our choices. The purchase process was streamlined.

Wanted a sofa off the peg as just moved house. Found one atDFS which was just right, in the clearance sale and we could have next day. The lady that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable.

New sofa bought
We were greeted by Dawn who was extremely friendly and helpful. Dawn asked us what we were looking for a proceeded to show us what was available giving us options as we were shown around. We were also offered a hot drink which was very nice. Dawn explained the whole process from start to finish. We did not feel pressured in any way and the whole experience was very easy.

What great customer service!
Throughout the whole experience, the customer service was excellent. We didn’t feel pressured and when we needed assistance Dawn was ready with all the answers. She was really great and made us feel quiet at home. She also asked all the right questions to help us find a perfect sofa.
100% recommend DFS in Basildon, very pleased.

Friendly and non pushy salesperson
friendly and non pushy salesperson. Offered tea and coffee and the whole transaction completed on the sofa rather than desk (which as great with kids). Everything explained clearly and the store was very well presented.

Dawn's knowledge of the product and her ability to explain details thereof was first class.
She knew so many individual details about the settee we picked, which surprised us considering how many settees you have in stock.

Great service for purchase
We went into the DFS store at Pips Hill Basildon. The staff were polite and helpful but not overbearing. We chose our furniture and put in our order with a member of staff. It was very straightforward and then it was checked by a second member of staff so it was checked. We were very pleased with the experience.
