Website info is poorly presented and is out of line with staff training. A review of information coordination could be better. Assistant was helpful as a whole and her manners was pleasant.

Amazing customer service
After a poor experience at another DFS store, I am so glad I tried a different one! I wish I got the man’s name but he’s customer service and willingness to help was incredible!

Had to go to DFS Basildon to use a Guardsman Insurance claim from a previous purchase.
Darren, the salesman welcomed us we came through the door, told us where the various ranges of furniture and then left us alone until we needed help in making up our minds.
When he joined us during the final decision making he explained the various options available and was most helpful.

New Sofa & Armchair purchase.
As soon as I entered the store. There was staff on hand. For help and assistance and advice. The salesman was extremely helpful to me , advised me on delivery , aftercare , and 5yr care plan. Which I took out. Excellent service. Thank you.
