Had a good experience at dfs today, bought my sofa from mj. Very helpful member of staff from the point of walking in. She narrowed down the sofas in my price range, explained everything to me rather than just making it sound like bla bla bla. She went through everything on the order and I left very happy.
Let's just hope now the building of the sofa and the delivery will be just as good, if not all her hard work would of been a waist of time and effort.

Very helpful young lady gave us all the information about the sofas, care for the leather plus explained all the finance, disposal of existing furniture options all in a very pleasant way.

Emjay was so helpful and informative and it definitely helped us with picking the right sofa as we treat this as an investment. Thank you!

DFS is the place to go for furniture. We'll priced extremely well made furniture. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Ben is an excellent salesman.

The young gentleman that served us a was polite friendly and had a sense of humour .I didn't catch his name but has really good people skills

My husband and and I were looking for a two-seater sofa with matching armchair and footstool. We were helped by Abs, who usually worked in the Reading store. Abs was very helpful and showed us various different styles. Abs explained the difference between the fibre and foam cushions and we were able to decide that the Eva sofa was the correct choice for us. The experience was very positive, Abs was helpful, polite and efficient.

Great customer service by Abdullah the sales assistant at DFS Brighton Hill. Very happy with the coffee table that we have purchased. Have used this branch before for our sofas, as well.

A first class experience today from Ben. We went into the store today not completely sure what we really wanted. He helped us chose the right furniture and package for our needs. I would highly recommend DFS Basingstoke and seeing Ben.

Left to browse without interruption. Staff available when required. Staff knowledge good. All round a very good experience.

After selecting the sofa and chairs we wanted to purchase, we had a sit down and chat with Ben. He was very polite and professional explaining all the options that were available to us including the arrangement of collecting the old suite.We are looking forward to receiving our new suite,hopefully at the end of February

We had the best time. We were given the most fabulous service. MJ was able to tell us everything we needed to know about the furniture we chose… and more.
We are delighted and cannot wait for them to be delivered
