Pleasant and easy to order experience.
Furniture displays look good. Helpful friendly staff.
Found exactly what we wanted and no sales pressure.
Nicola explained everything we wanted to know and as we had other shops to visit to compare suites she said she would telephone the next day to see if we had seen anything else or would like to place an order on the suite we were interested in which we were and ordered over the phone. Very pleasant and easy to order experience.

My experience was really good, I was served by a lovely lady with a friendly smile and I felt really comfortable around her. She did her very best to help and support with my purchase order. She made things easy as she helped us choose the best product.

Sonny that dealt with the sale was great , he introduced himself then left us to look round the store , then he came over when we had chosen a sofa . He was well mannered and polite as well as explaining everything we needed to know.

Great experience
Friendly staff welcomed us when we entered the store .The staff member was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the options we had and different fabrics, protections and aftercare.
He also explained the different finance on offer and when applied for and accepted he explained what to do next.
Overall a pleasant experience and would like to thank him for his friendly manner and help.

We had a great experience at DFS in Batley, I went in with the intention of purchasing, however the staff did not pressure and they left me to have a look and were there to answer questions. The purchasing process was simple and quick, the customer service was excellent and Sam who served us was very helpful and we felt no pressure to purchase.

It takes 12 weeks to get one's sofa delivered. I think that's too long
Secondly I can't begin to score dfs a ten over ten when my sofa hasn't reached me

Friendly helpful advice
Friendly helpful advice, willingness to show us options despite the difficulty of working in a building site. Positive support without pressure. On our second visit we were happy to wait for the same assistant, despite others offering, because she had those qualities despite being very new to the job.
