Disappointing Customer Service at DFS Bradford
We had a very disappointing experience at the DFS Bradford store. The sales advisor was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, so we appreciate their help.
Unfortunately, our experience with the manager was completely different. As customers making a significant purchase, we naturally wanted to ask questions and see if there were any available deals or options. Instead of responding professionally, the manager told us, "Either take it or leave it." We found this comment dismissive and disrespectful.
We understand that discounts are not always possible, and we fully respect that. However, there is a respectful way to communicate with customers. The manager's attitude made us feel unwelcome and undervalued.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend the DFS Bradford store to anyone

Great service in store shame about expensive delivery charge
Paul made us extremely welcome in store today. He helped us find the perfect sofa for Mum and was curious and polite throughout. He explained everything in detail about the extra cover and delivery. The only downside to this purchase is the delivery charge which we found extreme at £129!
