We were looking for two smaller sofas…
We were looking for two smaller sofas due to lack of space. Went to dfs patchway and saw one sofa that was an ex display and another one that was more expensive. Daniel the sales rep took the trouble to ring around other stores and managed to get us another ex display in the same range! Not only did he save us money but was knowledgeable, professional and attentive at all times. Fantastic service!!!

I had found 2 different sets of…
I had found 2 different sets of furniture that I wanted and I found the staff very helpful in showing me these. The woman serving me showed me all the different fabrics that they came in. It was a easy and pleasant experience

Helpful salespeople
Helpful salespeople, let us try lots of sofas before purchase. Sales process straightforward. Only issue is DFS does not offer a service to remove old furniture which I would have happily paid for hence not 5 star.

Coming in store and seeing them for myself. Talking it through with the staff who know what they're talking about, can't get that online. We were gonna go another sofa but trying it out in store changed our minds as we could try them out ourselves and went for one more us. Staff were very helpful

We arrived and had a look around we saw 2sets of sofa's that we really liked. We were approached by a lovely gentleman called David who spoke to us about both of our choices the decision was really easy and David was great.

My experience with DFS Sofas was excellent from start to finish. Dool was incredibly helpful, informative, and patient throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us the information we needed to make the right decision without ever making us feel rushed.

Tom the salesman in the Bristol store was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't push and gave us time to browse. Once we had made our choices he was helpful in showing us alternatives and making suggestions. So that in the end we were very pleased with our purchases
