Disappointed to find I could have received immediate delivery of my recliner chair, same description and colour online. Having to wait 11 weeks to relieve my condition is a sour pill to swallow.

Gary understood our requirement and quickly showed us the sofas we could consider. He was polite, friendly, efficient and patient. He was obviously very familiar with the stock in store and knew how sofas were constructed, from his own experience. We were offered refreshment which we accepted. He was everything we expected of a salesperson.

Staff are great when you know what you need and intend to buy it that day but they should never lie about delivery time frame and should never get your hopes up about items being in stock when it isn't, even the system online is a lie for my chair online says 14days delivery it still hasn't got to the centre yet to arrange delivery and its been 15 weeks and counting i had an update recently sent to my email stating the time frame of when it will hit the centre which is another 2 weeks time if it does get shipped on time then I possibly have to wait another 4 to 8 weeks to have it delivered 😀 nearly 4 months to wait for a chair is ridiculous they really need to make more and have them instock ready to ship out for customers instead of lying about it even a 3 seaty sofa apparently can be delivered to me in 7 days 🤣👍 i call bull- make sure you get them to check the stock and show you the dates and get in writing to make a complaint if need be but other then the making amd delay of the chair the staff were friendly but kinda have to be to make sales and get commission.

Great customer service went above and beyond to help us find the right sofa as the sizing was awkward but found the sofa we’ve been waiting for!

Gary made our visit today. We came to look at a certain sofa which wasn’t in the store. However he showed us sofas which were similar. His product knowledge from his previous roles in upholstery and repairs ment that he answered all our questions in detail and at no point felt like a pushy sales person. As a result we have bought a sofa which will suit our needs perfectly and the whole thing was a pleasure. Thank you for taking the time today to make sure we bought a sofa that was going to be fit for purpose.

Abul helped our family out purchasing a couch and our experience with him was fantastic. All of the furniture in the store was very comfortable but Abul was so detailed in asking what we need and explained everything about the fabric types. 10 out of 10 for overall experience.
