Lovely staff and furniture
Me and my partner have just bought a sofa and the whole process from looking at different sofas to actually picking the one we liked was so nice. We had some great help from the lovely Sam who was very friendly and attentive. She also ensured that everything was perfect for us and that we were happy every step of the way. There was a great selection of sofas to pick from and very high quality. The staff were very thorough and ensured we had a smooth purchase!

No happy with the service and staff.
I have gone to order a sofa for my living room. I managed to get one within an hour of visit to dfs but my problem was sofa needs to be delivered within a week. I was given false promise. Order was delivered in 2 weeka but still I was okay with it but one of the part of the sofa was delivered wrong and had no communication from dfs for sending wrong part of the sofa. (No email/call no apology)

As your furniture is delivered via a third party courier, they will typically raise any concerns internally and resolve this with you directly. We went into the shop and measured the furniture, as we had a limited gap, we were unable to find anything and were just leaving, when the salesmen asked what the problem was, he took us around a couple of corner units then said give me a minute, he came back and said we can do the one you want, at the size and the angle you want, they can make it that size. He went out of his way.
