Annayana was fantastic
Annayana was fantastic — very kind, very professional, and extremely helpful from start to finish.
We bought our sofa from DFS Croydon, and the service was excellent. Annayana took the time to help us properly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant.
From now on, whenever we need a sofa or furniture, we will definitely come back and ask for Annayana.

Brilliant service. Osman was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. We returned to him after a great experience last year, and he didn’t disappoint.
We had an excellent experience once again. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and Osman was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy for us. We returned to him after buying furniture last year because his service was just as exceptional then. Highly recommended.

My experience buying sofas with DFS
We had a great experience at DFS and ended up purchasing our furniture there. Kush, who looked after us, was excellent throughout. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, offered helpful advice, and answered all of our questions without making us feel pressured to buy.
