Great customer service
I dealt with Elaine in store and she was so helpful and demonstrated how to care for the leather sofa that I had purchased. She is a great asset to the store as I left a very satisfied customer feeling happy and confident with my choice

Great shopping experience
James gave us a little time to browse first, then approached us to explain the outlay of the store. He then gave us more time to browse and when we had finished browsing he then came to help make our choice. He came across very polite, knowledgeable and friendly
