The staff in Droitwich were both helpful, knowledgeable and supportive when I was shopping in there. They were available to chat about products and freely answered questions but also let me browse at my own pace before choosing the sofas that I wanted. I would definitely recommend the store to others.

From the minute I walked in I had fabulous service from staff, who were very knowledgeable. So thankyou to the lady who served me.
Then on to the delivery, spot on service ,were very careful getting it all in, setting it up, testing recliners and taking all rubbish away, super polite, So thankyou to the two friendly gentlemen who arrived.
The over all feeling on my purchased items ( suite) FABULOUS, I LOVE IT, So thankyou DFS.

Good customer service

Nice to be able to walk into a showroom like DFS and not be hounded by salespeople, but they were immediately available once we needed them to offer friendly and knowledgeable help and advice. All went very smoothly indeed, looking forward to our new sofas arriving!

We enjoyed a pressure free browse round the excellent Droitwich store and when we finally were ready to talk to someone about our preferred sofa we were helped by the lovely Michelle who was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to recommend some very useful options.
We explained that we were 95% sure of our choice and that we needed to go away and just measure up one more time. Michelle was fine with that and didn't make any attempt to pressure us into a quick sale.
We returned today and met the equally good Lee. We picked up with him where we left off with Michelle. Despite the soaring temperatures he guided us through the sales process with good humour, pointing out options which were clearly beneficial to us.
Overall excellent product excellent staff and very reasonably priced!

The welcome into the store was friendly, relaxed and not pressured. Staff enquired about what we were looking for, a quick chat to explain their options and then left us to browse.
Once we had decided on some options, staff again, with no pressure, offered pros and cons for our options, listened to our thoughts and made suggestions.
We walked out with a quote in an email for us to measure up and decide at home.

A young man called Lee dealt with me. He was very polite and helpful. Lee explained everything to me about the goods I wanted . I would definitely go back if I needed anything in the future.

We have received an excellent service from Jaz at Droitwich store today. He was very knowledgable about the products and so helpful. Ordering was easy. Can’t wait for our new sofas to arrive!
